Here is another mini-workout to support your health and vitality with Qigong to be done anytime you need to release stress and tension.
In this workout, I offer 3 exercises called Pulling Down the Heavens, Healing Sound for the Heart, Dropping Post, Trembling Horse and then closed out with some Deep Abdominal Breatihng to clear stress and root and balance your Qi. Enjoy!
