It's a throwback kind of day, with me running in Mizuno for the first time in 10 years. Plus, I go over a couple of pairs of shorts that are of a type that I haven't run in for over 20 years. The shoes are the Peachtree edition of the Mizuno Wave Rider 23, and the shorts are all sorts of magnificent.
