Remembering our cat companion Molly. Since making this video, I have found Molly's birth date, which was May 2006. This would make her just 4 months short of reaching 18 years.
We can tell from the video that you're missing Molly. Pets give you love and enjoyment and then they leave you broken hearted. She was a very cute looking cat and it seems Molly really enjoyed the time she spent with you and your family. Thanks for sharing Molly's story with us.
So very sorry to hear about your sad loss 😢 Molly was beautiful and I feel your heartache. Thanks for sharing Molly's story with us. Sleep well precious girl 🐾🌈🐾
Poignant video and tribute Jeff. I find it impossible to hear an animal lover recount the loss of their loyal friend without welling up. Your little Molly looked just like our Lady who passed 20 years ago. We had 3 well-loved cats over the years and miss a feline presence in our home to ballance the canines. The telepathic companionship of cats and dogs, even birds is one of life's greatest pleasures. RIP all our furry friends, and thank you for everything you gave us.
@@Jeff1photo Nice to see Calder stones BTW. Another reoccurring location in my lifeline. The trees are 20 years taller. Are the Old English and Japanese gardens still intact?
Nice tribute Jeff, pets, they break your heart, had many dogs and a cat Charlie, he was 23 when he passed. Got three dogs now, one has sadly been diagnosed with bone cancer, we where devastated, but Clive is doing well and we take it day by day and he is fine. Best wishes.
As with other subscribers I can only offer my sincere condolences regarding Molly. It took me 4 attempts to view the full video, as the hurt you showed was so unbearable. I can empathise with you because we lost our first dog after 10 years(similarly inherited by us when our daughter left home). Heartbroken, we gave all her possessions and food to our local charity, never intending to own another pet. Then we figured out that the hurt we felt was only a minute part of us knowing our dog, Ebony. We thought of the love and companionship she engendered. We still had a lot of love to give and acquiring our second dog, coincidentally called Molly after my oldest sister, enabled us to move on and give a good home to a deserving animal. We bless the day we did this. Thank you for the honesty you showed here and I hope the pain subsides even though it will never disappear.
I've tried not to dwell on her last couple of weeks so much and start to remember her as she was. It's been really difficult, but time heals as they say. Thanks for the message, it's much appreciated 🙏
Thanks Jeff once again I really am sorry for your loss it’s not nice at all I know how you feel we lost both our dogs a number of years ago and was awful whether it’s a cat dog or any pet they still become part of the family. Take care.
Hi Jeff, sorry about Molly very sad story, but it's nice to hear your reflections about Molly it's very clear that you miss Molly very much. I hope you are okay 👍
So sorry for your loss jeff and your good lady, they are part of the family, don't no if I could get a other cat to heart breaking, but always be with in spirit, and you gave her a good home thinking of you all at time this time ,take care ❤️
My old Catboy Smudge also a Cow Cat died on the 25th January 2024. He was born 1st May 2007 and was 16 when I had to let him go. Broke my heart as I’d had him from 5/6 weeks old. RIP Molly, a very strange coincidence regarding the Dates and similarities in looks. I hope Molly & Smudge are meeting up over the Rainbow Bridge and at peace with no pain. God Bless.
