@@dyamondfair2472 Objectively, it is my experience as a child who's father was forced to pay my mother, that child support was mommies pay check and not for me the child. When women neglect the children it's oh well. But let my father be late paying and they would role out the red and blue lights in an instant. Hence the majority of child support, is for women.

@@NuckingFutzz Yeah I mean this was my first time seeing it hearing about this show period so I’ve never seen any clips, juts started scrolling the comments half way through and seen what you said then it made sense because the actor was sorta nonchalant about things and wasn’t really “mad” enough about how he got stuck. (There his kids so not really stuck with them but the situation)
This is why I hate the Child Support court system! The judge makes it clear that the mom can refile at a later time but neglected to explain that he could file for child support because she abandoned her kids and really left no explanation!
I agree. This is a child support case. Assess both parents income and assign money to wherever the children are living. The mother knew about the case. She can't complain about a decision made in her absence. She can try to appeal it in the future if she wants.
The judge disappointed me on this one. She should have advised him to file for sole custody and child support. Then told him to stop cooking outside of McDonald's and get on government assistance. Her staff could help direct him in the processes.

Listen I know what you’re trying to say. However this isn’t an applaudable trait. This man made those kids he should die before they were in need of anything. I was a professional hip-hop dancer that worked hard from nothing to get to where I was in life at the time. I shared the stage with, Chris Brown, T-pain, Soulja boi and more. Been on national tv and was making a name for myself. My girl told me she was pregnant and I dropped dance the following week and enrolled into school. I worked 2 jobs and went to school full time to make sure my baby mother was taken care of. I was playing the games all young me play. However the thought of having a son/daughter in the next few months outweighed wanting to chase woman, club, drink, smoke etc. my daughter was born half way through school and I married my baby mother. We have 3 kids total now and I’m an engineer that teaches master classes every now and again at my daughters dance studio. My wife is a housewife and our futures are secure. I say all of this because it’s sad to see we live in a society where we applaud people for doing what they are SUPPOSED TO DO! I’m from the streets so there is no excuses. I think this man’s life has been turned upside down cause he had no choice not cause he wanted to take care of the 5 kids he helped birth. He’s doing what he’s supposed to do. No applause needed. You on the other hand sound like a wonderful person for having the heart to want to do something for someone who’s struggling. That deserves an applause 👏🏾

I can’t believe, as a mom, that she would leave her kids like that. My mom did that to my dad, and then was mad when he didn’t want her to see us that often. So I know the pain those kids feel, and especially with one of them being 11, I bet they feel like it’s their fault. I’m currently expecting, I will NEVER make my son feel unwanted like that…that’s cruel not only to the dad who doesn’t have the funds to support them already, but also to the kids🥺💕my heart goes out to the dad and his kids
My mother walked out when I was 14 and my sister was 12. Dad finished raising us as a single father, and she didn't pay child support (but he paid $1,000/month alimony)
The judge should have taken the children from the mother for abandonment and assigned complete 100% custody to this father. Secondly she should have issued the mother to pay child support. Legal up and do it right!

I don't know what this guy's ex was expecting here, she can't even show up for a court date she set up and dumped the kids. This level of irresponsibility may need a paternity test on all five. Still I give Judge Vonda serious credit for being this fair and reasonable.
The poodle watching the kids. That’s awesome. My little Chihuahua I that I adopted, she is a guard dog. Very protective over my son. A little too protective. She’s mixed with dachshund. The mom now, dropping her kids off and hasn’t called nothing. Very sad for the kids. Breaks my heart. The dad sounds like he a good dad, and doing what he can.

Shouldn't she be ordered to pay support for her children she abandon instead of her just waisting the courts time? She didn't bother to show so she chose to have the courts hear only his side, that he was giving her 500 a week and now the children deserve their mother to be held responsible to support them as well. By not showing up she lost the right to be heard on her side. If she can go get plastic surgery she can support her children

My Lord how I feel for this man. Supporting five kids on MC Donald salary. He is the true hero of the American people. Shameful that the mother of his children ran of with another guy.
