We have two plants that are working overtime putting out more peppers than a person can eat, so, we made jelly. Hot, sweet, tangy jelly.

i like the way you chop the peppers versus using a food processer. this makes the best sense. thanks for your love for great jelly!!

I didn't actually use a recipe, but the last time I had some extra habanero peppers, I sliced them up and threw some in with some jalapenos that I was pickling. I used about 1 part habaneros to 4 parts jalapenos. I used some sugar because I like sweet and heat. I threw some extra habaneros in the freezer and I'm going to try this recipe with them. I've wanted to try pepper jelly for a long time. Thanks for the video.

I am glad to see you showing it .. adding the hot peppers at the very last moment possible.. only one minute on the heat.. I experimented couple years ago.. and have been looking for this sort of recipe.. thank you very much.. uh.. I would use the whole peppers.. I mean seeds.. I like it hot. :P

LOL I found this on Allrecipes.com. It turned out great. My peppers didnt turn out so well this year. I do have two ghost pepper plants that are surviving though. I think Ill try this with those peppers this time. Enter them into the county fair in October lol. Thanks

This is quite warm and has a hang time lol. Your mouth will feel the heat for some time. I like it on all kinds of things too. I made pork chops and glazed them with some at the finish, excellent. Thanks!

This is good but.. this is jam or even more preserves than jelly. Jelly is made with just the juice.

I made this recipe, it's not for the faint hearted! The pepper burns so much I got a blister on my tongue!!!! 😣the taste is out of this world tho, I love it

Aren’t you supposed to boil the pectin no more than a minute then skim the foam off before pouring it off and sealing?
