Hello when you mount a cylinder you have to change other parts or the original engine can support a 120 kit

Good kit? I'm thinking of buying one for my derbi not sure to go for 150 or 190 kit what do you suggest? Worried if they would put strain on crankshaft?

Best kit on the market. It’s a 165cc. The strain on the crankshaft is minimal.

Bonjour, finalement, j'ai le même kit (dit dans une autre vidéo). SVP, quel serait le carburateur ou gicleur sur carbu d'origine le mieux adapté ? (je n'ai fait qu'augmenter mon gicleur, mais ce n'est peut être pas suffisant). merci

J’utilise un carbu PZ27 Principal: 115 Ralenti: 45 Aiguille au 3eme cran en partant du haut. Boite à air ouverte avec conversion filtre à air mousse, aac Berlt, culasse préparée, et échappement pour CRF230. Le kit seul augmente les performances ou bien c’est limité?

@@BenGallou bonjour et merci pour toutes vos réponses. Je trouve l'effet du kit très intéressant, surtout niveau couple. J'avais également changé le pot (modèle de dirt 190 ou 200), mais moins bien adapté que le pot CRF (ça frotte trop au niveau embrayage). Du coup et merci pour les infos, je vais passer à un pot CRF. Avec un pneu enduro, ça tire un peu plus long, et j'hésite à passer à un pignon de 15 ou 16.

@@franckduroueix8275 De l'avis des autres utilisateurs le pignon de 15 est bien adapté au tout terrain, et le pignon de 16 si tu fais des liaisons routières. Avec couronne en 51 dents

@@BenGallou I ran it on a daily basis as my usual ride. Think it was it had been turned down on a lathe to fit into the cg engine block

@@BenGallou Je viens justement d'acquérir une 125 XLR DE 98 pour l'instant sa puissance me suffit... Pour l'instant 😂. Je garde la vidéo sous le coude pour dans quelques mois je pense. Mais ça l'air quand même pas simple comme opération 🤔

Ce moteur chauffera énormément. C’est le jeu à la coupe recommandé pour cet alésage dans des conditions difficiles ou conditions de course.

Non il n’y a pas de manuel avec ce kit. Cette valeur est dépendante de ton usage. En revanche il existe des calculateurs bien utiles. Tu en trouveras de nombreux en tapant "piston ring gap calculator" dans ton moteur de recherche favori.

Stroke is 49,5. Bore is 65,5. Make the math. I told the seller of the kit he was wrong on the displacement since the beginning. He never changed the description. Still a good 165cc kit. Just very expensive.

@@BenGallou Wait, what?! Seriously? I was planning on buying one of this kits for my XR125L which already has their 150cc kit. I wasn't overly impressed with the 150cc kit besides a torque increase and thought 190 would be a lot better but is it really just 165cc? if so you just saved me a lot of money as 15cc isn't worth having to machine my engine casings (they are too small on the XR to take a '190' kit factory)

Salut j'ai une xr100 j'aimerais acheter un kit bbr 120cc car cylindre piston HS et d'origine ça coûte une blinde, il faut faire des modifs si je mets un kit 120 ou le moteur d'origine supportera ?

Oui. Xlr125r. De plus ce n’est pas un kit BBR.

A CB250 is at least 400€ plus shipping here in France so we have different solutions. In my other videos I use the CB250 crankshaft and high end to reach 223cc

Je ne trouve toujours pas mes put..de gougons échappement...sortie culasse..et je souhaiterais avoir le kit joints échappement en plus...donne moi un filon si tu veux bien.elle est prête a rouler ca me gonfle jte jure..

Pourquoi tu les fabriques pas tes goujons? Moi c'est ce que je fais car j'aime qu'ils soient en M8 au lieu de M6. Je découpe une vis et j'en taraude une partie. @harley 35 Sur l'accueil de ma chaine dans la rubrique "à propos" tu trouveras mon adresse mail. Pour les pièces d'origine tu as les sites cmsnl.com et bike-parts.fr pour ne citer qu'eux. Mais commander un joint d'échappement d'origine va te couter 15€ avec le port. Je trouve ça un peu snob personnellement mais je sais que ça a son importance pour certains.
