In this video, I talk about a brilliant recent research paper that found that post-exertional malaise / crash actually results in muscle fibre necrosis (death) in Long Covid patients. While the muscle fibers will regenerate, this is another example of a serious biomedical pathology in Long Covid & ME/CFS (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome).
