I wonder why the people go paddleboarding without making their paddle float. All it would take is to slip a pool noodle on it. I imagine you're pretty screwed if you drop your paddle while paddleboarding.
Yes. More travel footages. Gives us a better in-depth perception under water and the surroundings instead of all just clips. Kinda like a body cam video- instead of just the clips of finding stuff. Chasing fish like trout and stripers a plus. 😆
The travel sequence during your video here is kinda blurred from the murky sections in the body of water your traveling through. When you include the bottom, which is below you, it gives us viewers a chance to maybe notice something you mite of missed. That bit of mistery is enjoyable.
As the video began I thought to myself “I like the new intro, same feel as the old,one but freshened up. I wonder if there’s a similar but opposite outro, where you swim up and away from the camera?” Just a thought. I do enjoy the traveling segments, a video of just finds would be kinda boring, and it’s neat to see underwater landscapes too, not something us land-based humans get to see very often. The scene where you filmed yourself scooting along from the side was really well done, wouldn’t mind more of that. Not sure about SUP fins being the new official dive moniker, but I can see where a new one would be nice seeing as there’ve been so few golf balls of late. 🤔
Re: Outro's, I am toying with ideas, and have tried out a few very rudimentary ones in the 3 videos that came before this one... What did I find Under the docks... July 2023 Contest Winner... and What can we find in the American River... Would you care to take a look and offer an opinion?
@@mokpot most certainly! Edit post viewing them: What Did I Find Under The Docks- outro doesn’t tie in with the intro (diving down to get the camera), and while it’s cool, I personally feel like some more cohesiveness with the intro would lend a better feel. July 2023 Contest Winner- this feels closer than the above, but headed in the wrong direction, literally. If you could “fly by” the camera and fade off into the distance, like you’re leaving, that’s how I see the outro going (just my personal thoughts). And I fully understand leaving the camera behind can be risky, “will he find it again”? Stay tuned next week to find out! Oh, there it is, let’s go for a dive! 😏🤣 What Can We Find In The American River- Now we’re talking!! One slight change I might make, head into the sun beams instead of the way you left, away from them. I only say this because in the intro you come from the light, so return to it. These are just my thoughts, I offer them as constructive criticism and won’t be offended if you don’t like them. I’m here (subscribed) for the long haul regardless. I sincerely appreciate you asking for my thoughts, I hope this in some way helps. Cheers! Keep up the good work, I love seeing your videos evolve!
I love your granddaughter’s giraffe, it’s so cute she gave it to you for your adventures! I like when you add in the cruising underwater, it’s so peaceful but I also love the way the sun dances across the bottom of the lake. Reminds me of when I use to snorkel….so beautiful.
I will always go with the traditional "official" icon. However, it does appear that they are hoarding them more closely so with that being said - UNOPENED ADULT BEVERAGE?
The way the hook and worm with the weight was, it is what is called a drop shot set-up. The button doo-dad is a Croc button they pop them through the holes in the Crocs shoes.
I love those journeys underway, they show us landscapes (such as they are!), and only adds to the mystery of how the heck do you see anything in time to stop & pick it up! ---I thought the disappointment in not finding treasure while metal detecting only emphasized not finding lots of trash either!---Something that always puzzles me, how far down are you when you find most lost items? Too far down for the owners to take a deep breath & dive down to pick up what was lost?
When this fall in the water they seldom drop straight down. quite a few people have trouble sticking their head u Under water , let alone opening their eyes.
Blue gill! Thank you. Thank you. I've caught them here locally. They are fiesty & fun. And they often nibble at worms on a hook quicker than it takes big fish to even take notice. I've never before seen them in a scool, under water.
I enjoy seeing the traveling between finds. You have such a great set up. That was a nice net you gave your friend. Thanks for sharing the dive. Take care ✌️
I love everything about this video. The joy you give off from the snap bracelet fitting your wrist made me giggle. Love the travel scenes and especially seeing you with everything you bring along as you go. It’s definitely a production for you making this production! And, no one seems happier than you coming upon an unopened can of soda pop! Thanks!
Those fish must have been in the remedial classes since it was a summer school. I like the travel part, gives me a great view of the distances you travel and also a look at the bottom. Curious what you use to stash treasures and trash when divining, How big and how fine a mesh is it. Great dive and those fins seem to pop up in every video, along with the paddles. Either could be the new item to make it an official dive in my estimation.
I liked the side shot of your being led by the machine. It kinda had a cowboy feel to it. 😄 You could attach the sharkfin to the top of your vehicle for yuks . Hood ornament? Bury it in the sand with the fin up? Use it as a really big cake decoration for a really big cake? I could go on... 🇺🇲🐟🐢🤿
