@@careyorbey Yup! I've tried it. I take the liquid carbs as as supplement. I like the real food, especially for long rides (not races) like this one

Everything the same for me except for the 700x35 slick tires gravel kings. GRX setup

Just my usual riding to be honest. A lot of zone 2 riding and once a week a high intensity session (4x4 4-5times)
