I have a similar (though maybe cheaper) treadmill, but I don't use it often. I bought it because we have cold winters and bad weather in the fall and I work from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or even longer. The problem is that I have to type almost all the time, and I have to be very focused during meetings. I still hope to find a way to use it at work.

I got my apple watch se as a gift and actually it makes me stay away from my phone for much longer as I can quickly see if that notification on my phone and watch is really important or not, helps a lot if you can't put your phone on a silent mode :) Ofc there are so many better smartwatches around besides Apples, Garmin is waaaaaaaay better with battery life and costs half the price of an Ultra so for anyone outside of Apple realm those can be a great choice :) As for the treadmill it would take up too much space at my place and we are soon expecting a baby so it's another no-go BUT you can get a mini-bike and keep it under your desk to do cardio while seated :)

What do you think of weighted vests Dan? I bought one and use it when walking my dog each day, seems to have improved my core strength but I also feel like I've got used to it after a few weeks and it no longer gives me endorphins after use.
