I seriously adore her. I’m obviously sad the Olympics didn’t go as we all hoped this year, but anyone who says that that takes ANYTHING away from her legacy or all the she has already accomplished is a total MORON! lol she still is, and always will be, the GOAT of women’s gymnastics 😍🙌🏻
It would be easy for her; but if you lose your equilibrium in mid-air; she could definitely lose her life. My brother had mental health issues, he finally committed suicide 2 days before his birthday in July of this year
SIMONE BILES' BUSINESS DECISION ==>> Obviously, she is at the end of her gymnast career. Her performance is already and will certainly be declining. No excuses!!! Except for "mental health issues". How do endorsements, sponsors, and marketable public image (flow of big bucks) respond (a) to someone who was/is the best when she HAD TO RETIRE for "health reasons" (a martyr) ... OR (b) to someone who simply got old like everyone else, lost most of her skills like everyone else, and left the sport like so many others did before her. THINK ABOUT IT!!! $$$ for her vs. medals for the team. She was well coached by her business agents. In a June 15, 2021 video she admitted that gymnasts generally retire around age 21-22. This was her way of retiring. Not because of diminishing performance, but ONLY because of 'mental illness'. She is a hero, yeah. Let the bucks flow. She is already worth about $90 million.

Ranked I think it’s more like: 1. AA Rio gold - Needs no explanation 2. AA 2013 gold - went from falling all over the place throughout the season to being crowned the best in sport 3. AA 2018 Gold - she’s stated that her training to get back into shape after a year off was brutal 4. Bars 2018 Silver - I don’t think she ever thought she’d get a world medal on bars 5. Beam 2019 gold - After making mistakes in the Rio beam final, she wanted to prove to herself that she could be the best on beam again and set herself up for Tokyo gold, the medal she now wants most. I think making the Olympic team was pretty much a guarantee and she seems most proud when she accomplished things she never thought possible. She’d have need med to break both her legs to not make those teams.
If the Olympics was in 2020, no doubt that BB gold was hers, but with the extra year, she has some serious competition from the Chinese gymnasts for BB gold
Not really, Chinese Overscore to the max Balance Beam and their consistency is not great, not even the amazing sui lu had consistency, but really there is no Way you can predict beam, is just so treacherous

Just goes to show; that if you're black get back, but when you're white, you're right.
