My Weight loss Journey Vlog:
In this vlog I share my weight loss recap for the month of September and what went wrong. Though this month didn't go as well as I had wanted, it wasn't a complete loss. I think October will be a better month as I make changes to stay on track and pull myself out of the rut. Thank you so much for your support and for watching!

I am so sorry to hear about you having Covid. I hope so much you feel completely better soon. You are doing such an amazing job. You are so dedicated. It's very inspiring!! I have had COVID twice and the brain fog is no joke! It is hard to describe to someone that has not experienced it. Having the brain fog and dealing with grief at the same time must have been debilitating. It is completely understandable how you would have taken September off. The fact that you are getting right back at it shows how ingrained your habits are. I'm sending you all the good vibes and look forward to watching your continued journey.

Thank you so much Camille. I'm so sorry to hear you had it twice. The thing about the brain fog is that it's hard to describe but also to see how you'll get out of it since there's not much you can do. I tried sleeping, meditation, teas, etc but I couldn't hold a straight thought. It was awful. I am glad you're feeling better and I'll be catching up on your videos!

I can feel the post-covid just from your description, for me it was much worse than covid itself! Feeling weak and not being able to do regular things can be really hard on you mentally. OMG, getting up at 4.15 for a workout! I can't imagine that level of dedication! You can't get rid of celulite, but when you're working your leg muscles, fat lays more even on that area, so it's less visible. I totally agree that it gets easier. When you're only starting working on your health, you feel miserable, but once you have something at least a little bit similar to habit, you don't need to think about these things so much, you don't need to make so many decisions, and it's just easier. Can't wait to see gym workout video!

Thank you Rina! I really hate to complain but it was rough. The brain fog makes you feel like you're asleep even after a full night of rest. I will try to get that gym vlog- I am so uncomfortable filming at the gym but I'll have to get over it. 😅

OMG I have been trying to build up my quads as well (they have always been slow to grow for me!!); I feel like building up the quads is such an underrated way of creating a really nice and balanced-looking silhouette!! 🙌🏼💪🏼 ✨ And ahhhh my favourite leggings just ripped in the inseam the other day and I was so so sad 😹😹 So I related SO HARD when you showed your well-worn leggings!! It's hard to give up a good pair, even when they're going to shreds!! lolol

It's true! They are the most painful for me though. I can handle glute and hamstring pain but not the quads 😖 I tossed those leggings to the side and then said "who am I kidding" and moved them into the sewing pile. So we'll see how that goes!

I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm also sorry you got covid. I don't know if I'm ready to get up at 4 to workout yet lol. You killed it though! I'm know it's discouraging when your scale doesn't move but you have been through so much. You will definitely reach your goals. And you look amazing BTW! 💙💙💙

Thank you Becca for all of your support and kind words ❤I was definitely not ready to be getting up that early - I think I rambled on about how I will not commit to that torture long term, haha. However, I think that after the brain fog cleared, I was just so glad that I could think straight and willing to try anything to get out of that funk. I'm excited for October though 😊

I admire your dedication and consistency. It’s so easy to give up when a month gets very hard with life difficulties, but you didn’t and kept on going. Also waking up at 4:15 to go to the gym 🥺I don’t think I could… and can we talk about how you handled your wardrobe malfunction 👏👏 You’re doing it all so right !!!

Keto is great! It simplifies tracking if you're sticking to basic proteins/fats. I don't do keto regularly but I do find it so helpful before a fast. Thanks Alan.

I have the virus back in Feb and it was awful!! I felt like it was rough doing regular chores for a while. And you decided to get up at 4 whattt that's nuts! I gotta know, what time do u go to bed for a 4am wake up? Also, good luck in October!! 😊

I was exhausted but it was easier with my husband's support. I was in bed by 9pm but it was SO hard to fall asleep that early. If I keep this routine, I'll be working on being asleep by 9pm. Thank you for your support! I'm also excited to see you and everyone else's progress for October 🙂

Yes, calorie counting can be such a chore! But it has gotten easier and Like you said, if you eat similar food every day you’re probably ok. But I don’t trust myself to do that for too long haha

You're doing great though Julie! I'm actually curious what WW is like for you meal wise. Do you have to follow their plan or can you make your own foods? I tend to eat the same things because its so much easier to not have to think about what to prepare for each meal. I just rotate the same ol' proteins and veggies lol but I'm a total plain Jane when it comes to my food

@@TheLubiDiary you make your own food, it’s like counting calories but it’s a point system instead. You can buy some of their brand foods but I haven’t (yet!)
