My 2024 weight loss journey will be two years old in June of 2024. My goal is to lose a remaining 10lbs for a total of 30lb weight loss. In this video I share how I tried to stay on track while on vacation and my thoughts about my weight loss journey so far after being at the same weight for a year (in 2023)
My Stats:
Height: 5'3
Starting weight: 152 LBS (2022)
Final weight for 2023 and starting weight for 2024: 139 LBS
Last week's weight: 135.4 lbs
Current weight for Week #4 of 2024: 135.1 LBS
Goal weight : 125 LBS ----- THIS SUMMER 2024
Weight loss so far: 16 LBS (more or less)

good job staying on track during vacation! i also have gone on work trips and the times i try to use the gym in hotels are crazy packed with others that had the same idea, lol. not much has changed for me on my end (having digestion issues) so it's motivating to see your progress~!

Thanks so much Natasha! In a way it's nice to see like minded people but when visiting certain cities you definitely need to take into account that others have the same goal lol. Sorry to hear about the digestive issues. I hope it resolves soon 🙏
