Thanks for sharing your wonderful videos. Do you have an exercise that takes care of the marionette lines that go from the sides of the mouth to the chin? I've been doing your videos for several months and my eyebrows are much improved. Still working on the rest of my face, but those marionette lines are driving me crazy! Thanks so much!

I recently found your channel and I am thrilled with all the information your provide and demonstrate. I have always been lucky with looking younger than I really am but recent with a 25 lb weight loss, my body looks awesome but my face has aged. Yikes - so not fair. So I guess just like my body its time to exercise my face. This particular exercise is amazing. Whats great is that I work from home so I have been looking through your videos to find what exercises I can do while I am typing and don't need my hands. I hope that you really do get the benefit from the videos, remembering to workout your whole face, forehead, eyes, upper & lower cheeks and neck, then add the other specialist exercises as needed like the nose and lines between your eyes etc... you can find them all grouped together in the play list. Hi I have recently come across your Channel and I absolutely love your content I wanted to ask about my wrinkles across my mouth and chin area I'm 15 and I've always made facial expressions naturally but I've stopped as I have really bad wrinkles at the side of my mouth which are there 24/7 and it looks like I'm frowning because my whole face just sags and it's left skin dents Is there any way I can repair my very damaged skin ? Would you also happen to know why my damaged areas are darker compared to my natural skin colour ?

Peta, I'm on a mission to regularly incorporate facial exercises into my daily routine. A couple of other people teach something called a "puffer fish" face, holding air in one cheek to transfer into the other cheek. My question is do you find that this puffer fish exercise makes any difference at all, should I add it to the exercises you teach? thank you

+Chihiroh El - Hi Chihiroh, you need to be doing these exercises as part of a full face routine and not individually. You cannot spot exercise, just as if you went to the gym. If you havent already, I would suggest you subscribe to the channel to receive updates to the programme. Hope that helps

Hi Peta, you are numero uno on youtube for facial exercises. Love the way you explain. Do you have any exercises for reducing the marionette lines? Lines that run from corners of mouth to chin?

Of course, but the only way to make any in roads is to do the full face routines that I have on the channel. You can't just do one exercise otherwise you will make things worse

Peta, understood. I do your series1 which definitely is showing improvement in my nasolabaial folds but i dont like my marionette lines which is why i asked. It would be great if you could incorporate some exercises for that too. could add a

Hey Hannah, as mentioned you need to do all 6 series, there is no point incorporating any other exercises into any of the series, you need to do all of them and all of the series over all address all areas of the face. You also can just do one series, you need to do all of them to get anywhere with smoothing out the lines on your face

Peta I love this exercise. Somehow when using your knuckles, exercises 'feel' more effective. It's like ironing out the nasolab. folds somehow and it makes your skin pink (which is good as you know it's stimulating the circulation). Also to do it in the morning makes such good sense as it definitely helps the folds decrease for the day ahead. Question: Do you only make the 'O' shape as you come around the folds. Do you loosen the 'O' when you stimulate the little dent in the cheek bones? I wasn't sure as obviously you are trying to talk us through the exercise. Great work - keep it up! J xx

In answer to your question, you make the "o" shape with your mouth as you move down the nasolabial folds, and keep the "o" shape as you move up the crows feet, as it releases all the tension in that area and smooths it out giving a wonderful smooth look around those areas! Hello, I just saw your site yesterday. I like it alot! I just wanted to know how many of your naso labial fold exercises can I do a day? If I do 100 or so, do I have to do more in a certain amount of time? Can I do all the different exercises in one day or do I have to just do one for two weeks and move on to a new one? Hi Sherry, you can do up to 100 a day and no more. You need to allow your muscles to rest overnight before doing it again. Hello Peta I Like your excersise very much , I can see you realy understand what you are doing, I started the routine 2 weeks ago and I realy enjoy it !!!! When I feel depresed and thinking nothing can halp me. I start to read the comments and immediately I feel better. As I believe, you understand and you have so much experience , I want to ask about the cream, almost every video which i saw concerning creams, for aging skin is recomending to buy a cream with retinol or retin-A, I saw your creams are not containing it. Did you try these creams with retinol, do you have any experince with them ? thank you for your answer,katerina

Also, when you are doing that exercise, activate the platysma muscles, and visualise your whole neck smooth, not cording as you do the exercise. I hope that helps!

Hello Peta. First of all i wish you all the best for your job that help people for lifting their face and muscle of the face. Since, 24mar16 i have been doing EAWM exercise correctly as you suggested. My cheecks skin was so hanged down but now i see change after i have done your exercise. Many people worry about their skin hanged down but you solved this problem and truly wanted to help people by heartiness. I would like to thank you. My forehead and frown wrinkles are still same and hadn't give me any changes. I think its because mine is so deep wrinkle that's why it not working so well. I believe it will work on me well as time goes by. could you pls help me for these questions: 1/should i do "add this new nasolabile fold wrinkle releaser to your face exercise routine this means this exercise every single series 1,2,3. Hi Jamiyansan, so glad to hear that you have been following the programme and that it is starting to work for you. Just keep going because over time your forehead will start to change too. You cannot change or add exercises to the Exercise Along With Me Series. There is a nasolabial exercise in the 2nd routine so that will be enough, otherwise you will be over exercising that area, and you will create MORE wrinkles, and we cant have that!!! So, just keep doing the routines as normal, and keep rotating them as I teach in the programme and you will start to have amazing success.

Clea Linden Hi Clea, you can do as many as you want, but no more than 30 max as you are stimulating all of those little acupressure points! Hope that helps!

Hello again, Peta - I am a bit confused by the pressure points. On the top of my cheeks, the apple, I feel a point but if I move very slightly inwards and downwards, toward my nose, I feel a slight indent. Am I massaging the Point or the indent?

thank you, Peta! I was also wondering if you have any suggestions or exercises for cording. That long line running down the front of the neck now. While I do alot of the neck exercises, now I am developing that cording on one side of the windpipe area.

Hi Joy, alot of people ask me this. I feel that what we decide to do with our bodies is a very personal thing. And, I find it difficult to say, one should or should not use fullers and muscle relaxants. It is up to the individual to decide what is best for them. Personally I have decided not to go down that track for health and financial reasons, and have thoroughly enjoyed what face exercises have done for me and the surprising journey it has taken me on. I depends on you and what you want to do! I hope that helps!

+FACEROBICS® - Your Face Exercise Coach Thank you for responding. I saw my friend yesterday and I must say that just two weeks twice per day has shown tremendous improvement on her entire face. Peta, her cheekbones are lifted and more pronounced. Her eyelids are also lifted. It is amazing. However, she has indicated that her eyes do not remain lifted indefinitely, and that she must do the exercises to achieve a lifted eyelid. I am so taken with the results that I have decided to start the exercises tonight..(.twice per day for ONE week and then once per day the following week) I intend to alternate the routines frequency. I really liked what I saw. All the best. Don't forget about your give away for the device

+Herma Du Pont - Hi Herma, as in my last post, I suggested that you DONT exercise twice a day. This is because you can fatigue the tiny muscles in your face if you do too much.

Hi Peta, how are you? Well, I have been watching you videos for a couple of months now and finally subscribed your channel. good Job! Well I recently turned 40 and started noticing laugh lines around my mouth. Since these are the very first lines on my face, its very difficult for me to accept :) I have been doing this exercise for a week now and I guess its too early to expect any changes. Well, the wrinkles and darkness of skin around mouth area is my main concern at this time. Is there anything else you would suggest at this point. I also massage vitamin E oil and Argan oil once daily. Also the area above my cheek bones where the beauty point is, seems puffed up. If I look myself in sun or shade I can see the puffiness. Can you tell me why is that and if I can get rid of it. I have round face and had been a very cheeky person but recently it feels like my face is shrinking and fat in my cheeks is melting. Is that ok? Thank you so much. I will look forward to hear from you.

With the dark circles, they are difficult as often they are your genes, that you can do nothing about. You could try changing your diet, eat less red meat and more fruit. So, lets start with what exercises you are doing, and go from there.

Thanks a million for your reply. I and am currently doing the exercise above, "nasolbial fold wrinkle releaser" and the pressure point one. I do it twice a day for one minute though I am not sure how many times or how many repetitions should I do. Can you please suggest a routine for me? I have puffiness over my cheek bones under the eye area. It better since I am doing face exercises. Left side its almost disappeared but right still a bit puff. However, much better than before. If I can send u my pic it would be easier to explain. The dark skin area is around my mouth. Basically it's the laugh line area which makes it more obvious. Thanks a lot. Ayesha Siddiqui Ok, I have done a new routine on the channel, possibly try this for six weeks, and come back to me, as I will be doing more. Here it is - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-yvJkC7ks-kk.html. Give it a go for 6 weeks, 100 reps each exercise, for 6 weeks. Then I will put up another one that will help! Let me know how you go. Take a picture of yourself today, and then in 3 weeks and then in 6 weeks, making sure it is in the same position, same lighting and same time of the day. Then we can see what has improved or not! I hope this helps!

I found it really helpful.m 29 years old as m a side sleeper at my left side nesolabial fold is very obvious.can u plz suggest me how many repetitions should I do in a day.

fun fun Hi fun fun, you should start at 50 and increase to 100 per day. You need to do a full face exercise however to get the full benefit. Spot exercising will not help, as the rest of the face needs exercise too. I hope that helps!

fun fun you are welcome! if you do the Exercise Along With Me Routines, start with the Green Hands, Level One, and make sure to learn the exercises before you start it. You can possibly do them in the mirror to make sure you are doing them correctly first, then when you feel you are ready, start the routine. I hope that helps!

yes you can do that also, but you will get the most benefit if you do the whole program as prescribed

Hi Citra, you cannot change any of the exercises in any of the series. Just do the routines from 1-6 and you will see changes over time. Its not a quick thing

Hi Peta! Due to the muscles being used would it be to much to do this exercise along with the cheek lifter exercise? Is that working to much of the same muscle group?

Hi Pamela, no that is fine, as you are in effect massaging the muscles and releasing tension. I would do this after all the exercises.

Christina Von Heidenstam Hi Christina, it hurts because they are acupressure points and need to be massaged regularly. The pain comes because we dont use the muscles on our face and it builds up pressure in those points. I hope that helps!

Margo lewis Yes, it is difficult this area to move. It has to do with the intestines in Chinese medicine. So, if you are a big meat eater, or even a little meat eater, and are not eliminating properly, it tends to show in this area. I hope that helps!

China Lee Hi China, lol, of course I remember you! you will need to work the area just on the edge of your high cheek bones, as you want to lift it. Have a look again to see where my thumb knuckles are placed as I move them up the cheek bones and you will see what I mean. If any probs, ask again and we can work thru it until you get it right!

I woke up this morning with especially pronounced laughter lines. I found this video and did your exercise.....GONE! Just like that!
