very helpful information mam. khud confuse thi ke ye dard kis karan se tha..heart problem ke cervical! aaj clear hua. thank you. i suffering from last 2-3 years....jo dhire dhire hath ki unglio tak aa gaya tha. or sunnpan bhi.. abhi to right hand me bhi sunnpan just 2-3 weeks se shuru hua hai...

Thank you for explaining good information. I have been suffering from pinched in my neck for more than 10 years because of bad posture. Does it allow to lying back on bed while using mobile?

You must use contoured cervical pillow while lying down on your back and sideway. It will support your neck curve. On average, a pinched nerve can last from as little as a few days to as long as 4 to 6 weeks. The best thing you can do to possibly reduce the time you’re experiencing the pinched nerve issue is to seek the appropriate medical care as soon as possible.

मैम आपसे रिक्वेस्ट है, एक वीडियो Cubitus varus (Gun stock deformity) पर भी बना दीजिए। जिससे थोड़ा सुधार हो सके, और सर्जरी ना करवानी पड़े। मैने आपको इंस्टाग्राम पर भी मैसेज किया है। शायद आपने ध्यान नहीं दिया। लेकिन आपसे अनुरोध है। कृपया इस समस्या का कोई समाधान बताइए।

Gun stock deformity ko exercise se thik nhi kia ja sakta kyunki ye malunion ka case hota hai. Iske liye surgery hi better option hota hai.
