I'm Shure it's fine for hobby home and a small amount of firewood. But as far as tree felling goes and the cost of all EGO equipment this wouldn't replace my current chainsaw.
@@markcrystaltownsend1578 I've cut up 5 trees over a long day with it. No overheating issues, I had two batteries an was never waiting for a battery to recharge, there was some charging time where i was stacking the wood i'd cut and having a break by the fire for a drink and cause I'm getting old. There are larger applications battery doesn't do yet, but most of your arguments are the talking points of slow adapters and they happen on every battery saw video, not by someone using the saw in the video. This saw will outperform any petrol saw smaller than 60cc when cutting and batteries are only going to get better.
@@SydneyToolsTV cheers for the reply. I've used other brand electric saws and they all had the issues I mentioned. But to say this would out preform a 50cc husky or Stihl is intriguing. Guess I'll have to try one out to know for Shure.
