Its easy to think she is already in hot water with Niji and since i was not in that stream i only have 2nd hand accounts but its not a stretch to say someone forced her to apologize, probably on the back end, most likely some sort of manager who is monitoring her. 2nd. These Twitter-dwellers are like wild 6 year olds, they scream, claw and bite.
