150g Bread flour

2 teaspoons of sugar

● How to make
・ Put the ingredients in a bowl, mix well with a spatula for 2 to 3 minutes, leave for 15 minutes, and mix for another 2 to 3 minutes. After that, ferment until it doubles in size (a guideline is about 1 hour at 30 ° C/86℉).
・ Divide into 4 pieces, roll them, add corn masara on both sides, and ferment in a warm place until the dough becomes fluffy (about 30-40 minutes at 30 ℃/86℉).
・ Cover and bake on low heat. Bake one side for 13 to 15 minutes, turn it over and bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
