She confirms that Mr. Mulligan has the children 14 days out of the month on his days off and testifies that he is a good father who provides for the children beyond child support.
Mr. Mulligan has been at his job for 11 years, while Ms. Willis has been working at her job for five years, with a break of one year before starting back recently. Both parties are employed and actively involved in the children's lives, with Mr. Mulligan arguing that he should not have to modify the child support amount based on his current situation of having the children 50% of the time and covering additional expenses.
