Never realized that but if you think back this was the only time she was genuinely fully happy and not thinking about other things besides her own happiness! Lucas made her feel so safe and loved in that moment when he said, “Peyton Scott” and that really was the first moment she was truly happy! Just a shame that happiness of course was squashed! One of the best shows ever made and they do not make shows like this anymore! 🖖🙏
Ok hear me out Leyton was boring has hell I always been routing for brucas when Lucas was with Brooke he took risks and look happier and more alive Lucas would’ve stayed with Brooke and not look peytons way again if Brooke never broke up with him ugh this show is annoying
Stayed with Brooke? He cheated on her both times they were together....that risk be definitely took with her. 🙁 I love Brooke so much....but I don't like her with Lucas at all...she was heartbroken with him...she deserved someone who could reciprocate her love with the same intensity ❤️❤️

@@preciousmulbah6276 that's true...but it wasn't a Romantic kiss to begin with and you know, even after everything he went ahead n complimented Peyton on Nailey wedding's day even though he was told not to speak with her. He legit let her come between Brooke and him. I never understood why Brooke took so much shit from him.
The only reason he looked happier and took more risks with Brooke was because their relationship was purely based on fun and lust. There was no deep connection. Lucas’ explanation in season 1 for why he initially chose Brooke is extremely telling.
