All our temporary clients pay before services are rendered 100% in full in weekly payments all other clients get weekly invoices with net 7. Or they are required to pay an additional 20 percent of the overall contract cost. It has worked great for us and we have a clause in the contract that says we can walk away without notice if they are late in paying and we will not be in breach. It works like a charm.

Sorry but I Want To Give You Few Suggestions: 1.Identify Your Strength 2.Identify Your Target Audience for ex: Retail Industry,Industrial Areas, Schools Premises Or Corporate Offices etc 3.Try To Offer More Industry Specific ,Personalised Solution For Their Security Need 4.Everybody Talk About Physical Training Of Guards But You Can Provide Soft Skills Training To Your Guards along With Physical Training And Can Advertise It As One Of Your Positive point 5.You Can Form Advisory Board And Can Approach Retired Officers From Army,Police And Criminal Lawyer To Join This Avisory Board

@@satyawanchauhanrajput I love all of the suggestions, except for number 5. I've found that LEOs and Lawyers are not well versed in security. Military officers with experience in security are a good start for certain sites.
