Nice, this is a great way to enjoy a steak and not have all the grease. Glad you enjoyed the video stay tuned more great content on the way. 49er Fan here hope to visit real soon!
Man try this... I just broiled my steak. Sears it up good. 1. Preheat the broiler. 2. Avocado oil or olive oil whole steak in a separate dish. 3. Throw on the spices thick. 4. Put in an open pan with aluminum foil to keep pan clean. 5. Broil the first side for 7-8 minutes. 6. Broil the other side for 5-6 minutes. 7. Let that baby rest for 5 minutes. 8. Enjoy! For precise heating instructions, refer to the Omaha Steaks channel and look up "How to Cook a Steak in the Oven". At minute 1:08 it shows a chart of cooking times. Take care Rosel and thank you for the video!
Thank you so much for sharing, I will take a look at the Omaha Steak channel and get the cook times. Thanks again and stay tuned for more updates and great content.
I agree- ,it takes longer, looks are not up to proper colour (reverse sear would help). Thanks for the try.I agree that I will continue to use my BBQ to do all my steaks.I am lucky as I have an enclosed BBQ room off of my garage that I use year round .I have my unattached garage heated for winter use and will do my Turkey and other meats in my Oiless Turkey cooker! Thanks
My wife is from Sharon PA/Youngstown Ohio area and she is not a huge fan of the spicy but down here we like to spice it up a little. Thank you and stay tuned more great content on the way.
Great video, May have to try it, but I like my thick Rib-eyes marinated in Zesty Italian Dressing over night, bring to room temperature before throwing it on a hot grill.
Sorry I must have missed this comment. Thank you my friend and when you do cook that Rib-eye in Zesty Italian Dressing I'll take mine medium rare. I'll even lend you a Hot Logic to keep it warm during delivery lol.
WEEEEE DAWGS! Aint't nothing like a good ribeye steak. This definitely gives me more possibilities! I have actually been doing something similar for some time now. I buy a bone-in ribeye and this is 'key'. Then I let it sit in the fridge with my rub overnight. Then I put a little butter, garlic, and balsamic vinegar on the steak and wrap it very tightly in some good foil (tight wrap is also key) and I put it in the toaster over for 45 min at ~200F. There's something about the vinegar and the bone that works magic on that tenderness and especially flavor. Also beat that steak with a tenderizing mallet before the marinating overnight for extra tenderness. You'll really be impressed! Thank bro and peace unto y'all!
You are so right about the bone-in ribeye my wife and I believe the bone helps to conduct the heat. The experts say it's the bone marrow seeping into the meat that makes it more flavorful. I will have to try the tightly wrapped overnight marinade. I wonder would that work in an airfryer on low temp. Video idea!!!!. Thanks so much for your comment and thanks for watching. Stay tuned there is more great content and more updates on the way. Peace to you and yours as well.
The airfryer works just great man because my toaster oven also doubles as an air fryer and I've done in both ways. In fact it might give you a more even heat across the foil. I think you and your wife were onto something about the bone. Happy cooking, my friend. Great channel!
Thank you so much. I edit my videos to keep them as short as possible not for content if I make a mistake you all get to see it. That's the way I like it. I am so glad you are enjoying the content stay tuned more great stuff on the way. Blessing right back to you and yours.
