Deglaze the steak pan with a little white wine, a splash of Worcestershire sauce and a little more butter, then toss the mushrooms and onions in. You will have a delicious sauce for your meat and potato with those drippings!

I've never pan fried my ribeye steaks, I usually Grill or Oven Broil, but the way you cooked this one right here made my mouth water, and the grilled onions and mushrooms are right up my alley. I am definitely cooking this entire meal for my husband and I this weekend! All of the food I've watched you cook so far looks absolutely delicious!
I fixed a ribeye for my husband for the first time on top of the stove. Followed your instructions... the timing was right on - Yess and thank you! Could not find my sazon, however it was great with the seasonings I used. Thank you, I'm so proud of myself!!! Now about that butter, finally, I found someone who uses a little bit more than me. That rib eye meal is exactly how I love my steak, mushrooms and onion, wooie, baked potato with butter and sour cream, nothing is better. I never use steak sauce, the way your steak was cooked as with any good cut of meat, to me steak sauce would ruin the taste. ( just me ) you are a great cook and know what you are talking about, thanks for sharing,.

Hey, we don't get this too often, by when we do, it's a real treat! According to your wonderful instructions, I need to let the steaks rest on the counter tops till they warm some. Also move the heat down from hottest to like medium. No doubt I'll be watching this video again just before we have this dish in the future. Once again I love the way you present your dish near the end of your videos. Not to many people do that with the intensity to match yours.Thanks again for yet another amazing show!

I am really enjoying your videos. I love love them all. I love that you pray first. And your cooking moviate me to cook more. I live alone now that my kids have all move out and on their own. My husband is no longer here he's with the Lord.. most of the time I don't have the will to cook....not even for myself. Please keep making your videos. Watching them make me want to cook every day. Looks fantastic, Gina. Soooo juicy and full of flavor. You won't believe this bu.t I set up my baked potato the exact same way. I shared this video with my mother, and she couldn't believe it. I have been fixing it that way sense I was at least 5yrs old. That is wild. I won't eat pork fat but the fat from a steak is sooooo good. Well, yet another recipe I must make by Gina.
