finally a video with all the answers!!! you even took time to video it with the belt on you as if I’m the one standing there looking down on it see all the belt overlapping and all the real practical questions one has to deal with. No youtube video out there do that! Thank you! Most of them are more concerned about pretty lighting and glamorous backgrounds to look cute.
Great review. I've found the same to be true regarding the prong vs lever. I can never get the prong to same tightness as the lever without it being a massive battle and even if I do, it never feels as secure as a lever due to that overlap in the front that you get on a lever belt. The lever fells like you have a cement cast around you. I never get that from a prong. The PAL really is great. I've had it for about a month now.
Thanks for a great video. You have given a really good explanation of the difference between the 2 which has helped me to decide my next purchase. Putting your name on the inside of the belt won't deter theft, Your name should be on the outside where it can be seen.
Thanks for the review and update, I'm not sure if I missed it from the first video and second video but where did you get the leather belt that you're currently using?
It wouldn't correct the doubling up issue, but the belt is probably too large for you. You're on the last hole to get it as tight as you want it. If you had the right size it wouldn't be such a pain to feed the end back and forth through the loop because there would be less belt to feed through. You're obviously not a newcomer to lifting or lifting belts but, from the perspective of someone just watching the video and making an observation, the belt is too big (unless you're wearing thick clothing when you lift that you aren't wearing now in this video).
Hello! Thanks for the review, I just wanted to ask, years later, how is the PAL lever belt holding up? Im thinking if I should buy one now because I do own the prong pioneer cut and my major concern with the lever belt is that will the parts breakdown or will they last? I'm just scared of the belt breaking down on me as I do my sets. If you could answer that question, that would be great!
"Breathe through your stomach" this is proper breathing. Use the diaphragm to pull down into your belly and relax your belly allowing the diaphragm to pull and fully expand your lungs. You can't do that chest breathing.
@@smokinHawkjh Hes talking about the diaphragm. No need to be smart assy. It's called supporting with your diaphragm, and generally considered the proper way of breathing as it helps brace better and allows for better air management for vocals and other things. You're both referring to the same thing, just he's referring to it with its actual name, while you're referring to it in a more colloquial manner.
