For anyone who didn't know, Chillas art actually made a game called Aka Manto early on, which is what the game in the intro was referencing. It was pretty heavily criticized for not having any saves, so it's funny seeing them make fun of themselves here.

One of my favorite things about Chilla’s art games is how they showcase women’s experiences, especially to men/people who may not have been mindful of them previously. The majority of lets plays are from men, who, more often than not, are experiencing other men in these games being super creepy to them for the first time. And it always surprises me how many of them realize through that interaction that they don’t enjoy being talked to that way. Not that this was what happened in this particular let’s play, I just appreciated you calling attention to this concept at the end, and I also hope that men (and everyone) can learn something from playing these.

I just gotta say this: I really appreciate you putting yourself in the perspective of a young woman here, because you are (I assume) a cisgender man and haven't had those scary type of "I am a woman and that's the reason I'm in danger right now" experiences in real life. It's just refreshing to see someone take that perspective so seriously. Even little things like you noticing how everyone is taller than you and how you could easily get dragged through an apartment door. I just really appreciate you.

as someone who's actually been stalked, this game captures the terror of the experience extremely well. the only thing it doesn't show is the aftereffects it leaves you with; fear of being alone for even brief moments, fear of people getting too close/friendly, even if youve known them for years. no clue if it's just because of some mental health thing but sometimes i get hallucinations about it, too. figures in the corners of my eyes, hands reaching out.

There's nothing better than watching The Leprechaun playing a Chillas Art game while I drink a good old cup of coffee.

They always make creepy games that get under my skin, but this one hits a little close to home, I had stalkers before and the insanity that happens feels like a disturbing dream.

i could definitely feel the Perfect Blue inspiration in this game. multiple interconnected antagonists, suspicious friends, the blurred lines between dream and reality, life as a celebrity, stalkers, hell, even the scene where Niina’s avatar talks to her is indicative of the main twist.

I would love to see a playthrough of Killer Frequency! It's a story based, 9/11 simulator where you play as a radio host who has to save the town from a serial killer. it's a rather lighthearted game at times, but it's incredibly charming with all its various characters
