@marco what was your initial symptoms that you needed to change this part? I have a 307 hdi, and the temperature shoots up after switching the engine on, then after a couple of miles shoots back down to its usual 80c. Is this anything similar to the problem you had with this car?
Hi. I've a 208. The problem is that when I turn on the AC, the fan starts at high speed and stop only if I turn off and turn on the car. Diagnostic said something like: P0494 inconsistency between speed set (low speed) and status of engine fan. I try to check the fan switch relay, it seems ok (external). What can I do to check the problem in your opinion? thanks!
I've bought the replace part (with code 1267J6 as reported on technical sheets) but after reconnect battery and turning on the engine, I see a message "defective engine" and SERVICE light is on.... do you think that is needed a clean errors with ELM tool ? I think the spare part is damaged or not correct... because if i reinstall the original resistor the message is not showed...
It's a electric vibrating damper pod... If you hold it to your ear with the two wires going to a 12v battery, it will be possible to hear the vibrations.
