Picky Bride Has Tried On Over 100 Gowns And Is Running Out Of Options! | Say Yes To The Dress 

I don't care how much I hated a gown. If this bride FINALLY said she loved one, I would lie and tell her she looked like a combination of Princess Diana, Grace Kelly and Marilyn Monroe just to STOP THE INSANITY of going to another bridal store.

Omg imagine having a designer personally bring you a dress and having to tell them you don't like it hahaha I'd be so uncomfortable xD

If someone is not only buying a dress but spending thousands of dollars on it they have all rights to be as “picky” as they want!!!

After 100 dresses I wouldn't give a sh** what dress she had on, I'd love it, call it #1 and call it a damn day

I ran a bridal shop for 30 yrs and I can tell you that the reason these brides cannot pick a dress is because they really don't want to. They don't want being the centre of attention to end, they don't want to all the excitement to stop, they don't want the fantasy to come to an end. They know that as long as they don't yet have "the" dress they can keep their fantasy going. These girls nearly always wait until they are really in a time crunch before they will commit.

Something about the bodice to skirt transition that works well for the bride in the Pnina dress. And it’s the first ‘feathery-style’ wedding dress that I’ve liked.

Lisa’s entourage were crying out of relief.

bride #1 tried ont the same dress over 100 times, sweetheart halter with modified A line. Something tells me this bride canceled this dress, didn't end up wearing it.

Her entourage were more happier after hearing the word YES after a hundred century😂loved them for being part on her journey. And the 2nd bride who chose that black belt dress looked so elegant in it. Those dresses were👌

My anxiety ass is going crazy that she’s been trying sleek fitted dresses, was surprised by the first frilly ballgown she tried on and picked it. WHAT IF THERE’S A BETTER BALLGOWN??? 😭😭😭

In my opinion if you have a certain dress in mind, but you can't find it. Then if you know how to draw or can have someone draw it for you then draw it on some art paper and take it to a seamstress you know and trust and have them make it. Then it WILL BE YOUR DREAM DRESS.

I've never gotten this whole "she MUST be confused!!1!" thing, even after shopping for my own wedding dress. Maybe it's because I love shopping and I'm used to the process of finding specific things for specific occasions? But the thing is, wedding dresses are SO STRUCTURED, it's completely different than anything we normally wear. You really have to see them on your body, and it takes a while to even get a sense of what's actually good and what just *seems* ~amazing~ because you've never worn anything like that before. And good god, there are SO MANY WEDDING DRESSES OUT THERE. 100 dresses is not "running out of options," it's barely scratching the surface 😂 I went to five or six shops, so tried around 60 dresses, and I never once felt confused. I had to at least TRY all the silhouettes and the things I was pretty sure I'd hate, just to see. I felt happy to see all the beautiful options, and happy to eliminate things that I did in fact hate. And once I found the one that made me cry, I bought it. Simple. It was a lot like the ones I'd been looking at online for years, but now I could be sure.

LOVE the dress she picked last! Looks gorgeous!!! Previous ones were just ways too plain! No wonder poor girl did not like them on her body. And she has a perfectly structured body to wear anything she wants!

To me, she wanted a dress the didn't work for her and once she dropped that ideal, she found a dress.

I thought I was picky but this girl takes the cake... the dress she choose was nice. I like that kind of material and style. Glad she finally choose a dress she liked.

I was a 1978 bride. I tried on three dresses with three different ‘points of view.’ I already knew what to stay away from. Honestly, they all looked great. I decided that I could try 100 more and they’d all look great as long as I stayed away from known lousy styles/fits. I ended up buying the first one I’d tried. I love it to this day. (Princess Di would have looked better in it than the one she wore. 😂) Also, I don’t recall dresses being as structured back then as they are now. They fit more like ‘real’ dresses, at least the ones I tried did.

I have a feeling deep down she wanted fun maybe even tiny bit crazy bottom but was afraid to be judged. So instead she was trying more "classy" options that didn't do the trick for her. Glad she found something she loved.

She overwhelmed herself with too many options, at least she finally found something.

Honestly the bottom is not that good...its a standard pnina dress...see through in the middle... nothing special

It did not feel like her gut was 100% in on the dress she choose. There was a lot of external preassure from both her friends and staff to ‘finally’ pick something. I see her point. The shape of the dress is super flattering on her but that fabric on the bottom would grate on me too.

I tried on dresses a few times, and I would keep picking dresses that had lace and sparkles, in a-line, ballgown, trumpet, and mermaid that I thought were gorgeous. But when I would put them on, it didn’t look right, I could never find something I loved. The dress I actually chose is a plain, satin, spaghetti strap, a-line and it just makes me feel like a bride 🥰

Thankfully she found a dress in the end and that’s all that really matters no matter how many tries it took her. Personally I would’ve chosen one of the first gowns, any of which I thought looked much better on her than the ruffle skirt. But she is the bride so here comes the bride

I bought the first dress I tried on -- a form-fitting sample dress for $50. It looked beautiful, but watching these programs I feel like I missed out on the "experience" of trying on all these gorgeous gowns!

First one she tried on looks great

No 5 and 6 from her previous shopping were beautiful.

She was brave to voice her true opinion under those circumstances, after the designer hand delivered it and then stood around watching... me I would feel super uncomfortable and even quite resentful with that pressure I think! PLUS, I don't think it's usually helpful to get the designer's opinion of how the dress looks because it will almost certainly be completely biased... for customising a dress, yes, of course, but not for choosing one.

She didn't like initial dresses because she hated her figure and those tight ones are for size zero models.the designer is really clever and gave her something opposite

Is customizing wedding dress not really a thing? all the expense from trying 100 dresses could have been added to the $5000 and customize a wedding dress.

the first dress was the winner for me ... sleek ... not fluffy! HONESTLY ... she was jessica rabbit in it ... a simple ... yet intelligent, sophisticated, fashionista princess ... should have accessoried this simple dress with flawless makeup ... bling (necklace, crown, bracelets, the whole thing) ... a decandent long veil ... a super-coiffed up-do of some sorts ... lots of curls and embellishments ... her slimmed down athletic body is perfect in a simple dress ... made a queen by other accessories ... third dress ... WRONG!!!

That fluffy dress looks like a wedding cake topper. I thought the sleek satin, off shoulder dress with the back bow looked smashing on her (The pics taken before Randy’s shop), but it’s her dress, her day, so….here comes the bride!

I know I'm going against the grain, but I don't like that Pnina Tornai dress. I usually like her designs, but not this one. That said, if the bride loves it, then it's perfect :)

honestly, everybody in the comments talking abt how trying on 100 dresses is absurd.. but like.. if i was going to spend thousands of hard earned money on a dress, why wouldn’t i try on a 100 dresses? or however many it took til i found the one? some people don’t have underlying reasons, no red flags, no deeper connection, and they’re not spoiled.. they just don’t want to spend thousands of dollars on a dress they’re not in love with. which is reasonable.

I think, it is kind of selfish to be dragging your friends and family to all these different stores while looking for a dress. It's like saying, "my dress is more important, than anything that might be going on in your life. Your time, isn't important." If after a couple of stores, I would think, continue to shop, than call your entourage and go back to see the dress, get their opinions and than buy the dress. Respect, your entourage's time.

So among all the dresses she tried on, she ended up with this feathery busy thing? It does nothing for her figure. The dresses she tried previously were more flattering on top but needed a different bottom.. Just my opinion 🤷‍♀️

Unfortunately, after a certain amount of dresses, and boutiques. There must be a deeper issue going on. There are only a finite amount of silhouettes that can suit you, a finite amount of fabrics, finite amount of construction or draping. I mean a dress can only do so much…..
