I'm just glad she didn't do anything to hurt herself, physically or emotionally, and that she got such a huge and positive response from the community during her debut. If VOMS takes any percentage cut at all, Vshojo is already looking better from a business standpoint. I'm also not sure if VOMS can provide the same level of tech support as VSJ. Also, since VOMS are a pretty small company, their talent protection ability might be roughly the same, they didn't seem to do a ton for Pikamee during the troubles after all. And VSJ also has a free complimentary KSON with every new contract, which I'm sure Henya will enjoy a lot. Talent freedom to own their own IP might also be a factor in her decision. TLDR: No profit cut. Better tech support. Comparable talent protection. Even more freedom for KSON collabs. And IP ownership. Everything is looking either the same, or better.

Not really, Pikamee is probably going to get more money and support. Remember, voms is a small team with only Gyari for support (and he didn't exactly dish out much support for them, nor did he have the money to). Pikamee was literally his star talent and pulled in probably more than half the revenue of voms. Granted I don't trust Vshojo either, but I can acknowledge that they will give her more support than Gyari could, and she has Kson to back her up.
