Dear friends of homemade pizza, after receiving the suggestion from some of you, I decided to shoot a video with a highly hydrated dough (75%) in a very common planetary mixer.
I used the method I have always used, very easy and effective. In just 6 minutes the dough is strung and then closed on the pastry board and finally rolled.
Those who don't have a spiral have no excuses: beautiful dough for everyone, with the planetary mixer!
