Dr. Pal, my grandfather taught me to be HONEST 24x7, not rudely but gently. That has given me huge benefits, and at the age of 80, I sleep happily though not the 7 to 8 hour standard. Half hour brisk walk first thing in the morning sets the positive mood for the day.❤️
Thank you for your straight forward advice and tips . I am now 70yrs old and have been in a state of bereavement for nine months . Things are still painful but there are times when I can now take information on board . I shall make a point of 1/ the grateful journal and 2 the five minutes contact with three people per week. It has been hard at this time to find the umph the energy the hope of being the one who does the contacting . Thank you for caring. And for making me smile .
