I searched for the recipe of potatoes ice cream after I have already created one of my own, it was bizarre type of thing in which I collected everything I didn’t need in fridge, started with frozen potatoes cubes( I boiled in little water), bulb of an open young coconut , near expiry milk and 4 cubes of dark chocolate. It was super amazing, I thought maybe I should get a more reproducible recipe with exact amounts, then I found you are proving this combination of potatoes and coconut is a great idea 💡

That's a smart recipe, I'm definitely going to try this!

Hi Chef Rudakova! Just wanted to ask about the texture of the finished ice cream. I'm no chef, but I was always led to believe that freezing cream without using an ice cream machine/churner would produce big ice crystals, spoiling the final texture of the ice cream. Does the addition of potato prevent this? Or the coconut cream?
