old clip from back in 2021 just after the covid pandemic where the airport was a lot quieter. this was a small turn around of a 737-800 with pushback and headset at the end
This is awesome, Ryan. Thank you for the video I actually had to turn the volume on my tv lower cause of the jet engines. I should invest in some ear protection. Lol
Great video Ryan. I just resigned from my ramp job at YYZ yesterday. These videos will remind me of my ex ramp job now. Also could you make a video of you stacking bags please?
I do air transat from LGW and i can say you guys struggle with getting those A330 out on time 😂 Thank you glad you find these videos good and remind you of the good parts of airport life
Hey Ramper Ryan do you mind me asking do I need to go on a college course to become a Ramp Agent or can I leave Secondary and go straight to becoming a Ground Handler?
You dont need any college or university degree to do this. Just have very good decision making skills and apply and show you have what it takes to do the role
Thank you for these amazing vids! Any idea how long it takes from obtaining an airside pass to having the first training day? Would be a massive help to know as I’m still waiting to hear back and also panicking that they forgot me 😂
@@diabolikalm if its the escorted ones they dont last forever and they are a pain as youll find out. But if not then great. Who are you joining if you dont mind me asking
@@ramperryan got the full airside pass and i’ll be with red handling. Joined with optime group who have contacted red handling for a start date. If it helps.
I joined the railway 40 years ago. In comparison to where the wages are now it was poorly paid. True money pays bills but I'd not change my career choice even with a low wage as I got the job I wanted and still enjoy.
