You can still use the VP gear just makes it hard to time it and the dash tach will work

it was the upside down steering wheel at the end with 60lb+ boost that got me to part 2

This videos pretty old for RU-vid standards and im just seeing it, but great video! I did the conversion to my 99 one weekend and love it. It's not that hard to do. I run mine at 24.5 degrees timing. Haven't had any issues at all. Even cold start in northern maine. Keep it up bud! I'm going for a complete restoration on it this spring.

Most excellent....thinking about doing the P-Pump conversion on my 99 24v as the VP44 just died and working out costs...I have built rock crawlers before and have a friend I wheel with that has done a Fummins conversion on his old 93 F350 with a 24v so wrenching isn't an issue I'm just a cheap sob and working on numbers lol...thanks for the vids
