Thats me! I am 5’5” and 135 (age 46) and the cellulite is creeping up all over my legs. I am pear shape and carry most my weight in buttocks and thighs.

Hello Dave! Just amazing how incredible you look year after year!! Im going to buy a cellerciser! I have a question...my sister wants to buy this too, but was recently diagnosed with spondylolisthesis and was told to not rebound. Would this make her condition worse...or strengthen the back to support the spine and help prevent disc slippage? Any thoughts on this is greatly appreciated ❤ im excited to start my cellercise journey to excellent health! So glad you explain all the benefits of this! Its really the only piece of equipment you will ever need! Thank you for all you do 💕

Dr. Jeffery Hanks During my thirteen years as a practicing Chiropractic physician I have been keenly aware of the importance of proper biomechanics in the human arena of wellness and expression. Kinetic motion is absolutely imperative and necessary f6r true health in individuals. When the movement of joints and articulations become compromised through sedentary lifestyle, trauma, stress, poor nutrition, poor posture and the aging process itself then a host of physical problems ensue. Accelerated osteoarthritis is a result of a poorly functioning and moving joint or spinal disc. Impaired nerve function results when spinal vertebrae and discs are not mechanically functioning as they were designed. Therefore, the importance of a properly moving spine and joints cannot be underestimated in the overall health and wellness of an individual. Dave Hall has amplified upon this well-known concept and has taken it to an even deeper level of application, that of the cellular level of motion: His cellerciser system employs concepts of biomechanics and kinetics that will be most helpful to people of all ages. The CSF (cerebro-spinal fluid) pumping action that is created by spinal joint movement is essential to proper brain function and fluid dynamics of the spinal cord. Spinal disc health is bereft without the constant movement of water into and out of the discs themselves. In fact, the discs of the human spine consist of 80 percent water. This imbibing of water and nutrients in the spinal discs is wholly accomplished by the body’s kinetic movements which act as a pump. Without such movement in the spine the discs starve, literally. Disc herniations and degeneration are highly intensified when improper or inadequate biomechanics of the joints exist. Hi DAVE, your videos are so inspiring. I have a question. I have a friend whose husband is diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis what are your thoughts about him using the cellerciser , He is on oxygen but is still very active. He does go to the gym and does yoga classes he and his wife are still very active. They do a lot of traveling which I’m sure includes a lot of walking. Thank you Nedra.

Hi Nedra, this is a great question. I would definitely suggest he consults with his doctor as it is a very serious medical condition. If his doctor would like to call and discuss with me, I always enjoy interacting with medical professionals and would love to help out. I do feel the Cellerciser is a great exercise to implement as it is non-jarring, lymphatic massaging, and oxygen stimulating. It is so great he is able to stay active, and I wish him the best in his healing journey!

It has happened to me as well that the music turns itself back in after I turn it off. I hate that so much. I have an android but it has also happened on my IPad. I find that infuriating because I hate the Mr. Rebounder App music so much.

Do you have any feedback on Osteoporosis elimination? How about prevention? It seems to make sense to me that if we allow the whole body weight to compress the spine and muscles would naturally strengthen our physique and keep the blasts multiplying and replacing with good cells. I have the xrays of my young wifes spine. Full of holes and crushed discs. This all came on in a period of five fast years with covid smack in the middle. She lost five inches in height! Plus hunched over😔! I would appreciate your feedback. Also, did you learn from Samuel West and Al Carter?
