01:13 Big Mac Salad 11pts/serving
For Dressing/Sauce, Mix Together: 2 Tbs chopped onion, 1/2 cup Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt, 2 Tbs Light Mayo, 2 Tbs Ketchup, 1 Tbs Mustard, 2 Tbs Red Wine Vinegar, 1 Tbs chopped pickles or Relish, Salt/Pepper/Onion Powder/Garlic Powder to taste.
06:45 Sticky Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs 11pts/serving (1.5 thighs)
For Simmer Sauce, Combine: 1/4 cup honey, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, pinch of red pepper flakes, 1 heaping Tbs minced garlic. Pour over chicken thighs in a pan over medium high heat, and turn every few minutes so they become glazed. Cook until they reach 165 F.
10:00 Soy Chicken Stir Fry 0pts/serving
11:17 Ribeye with Air Fried Brussels and Roasted Mushrooms 8pts (4.5 oz of lean trimmed steak, veg are 0pts)
13:24 Tuscan Chicken Sheet Pan 7pts/serving (serves 4)
Combine 2lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast tenders, 1/2 lb fresh green beans, 1 pint cherry tomatoes, and 1 large spoonful of minced garlic in a large bowl. Season with 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese, 1 tsp Italian Seasoning, salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Roast in the oven at 350 F for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.

Sharing a Week of Easy Healthy Dinners I eat on my Weight Loss Journey! These are mostly focused on Protein and Veggies! Been feeling really great eating this way lately! Including all WW points, recipe details are noted in the description box! What are you eating for dinner this week?

I have found that if I stick to the basics with my meals that I loose more weight. Also, cardio is good with burning calories while you are doing them, but lifting weights burns calories even after you finish…at least this is what my doctor told me. Though a balance of both helps me a lot. I just saw more results with weight loss eating basics without adding in any kind of sweetness. A plain seasoned/ grilled burger with some vegetables & fresh berries would work better for me. If I am going to grill, I grill up a bunch of burgers, chicken, pork chops even fish fillets…along with some fresh vegetables. This way I can freeze them individually and already have portion control and fast dinners for when I want to be outside instead of in the kitchen cooking. Also, I make something called a faux fillet by wrapping and securing a piece of bacon around a seasoned hamburger patty that is cooked in the oven. Wrap some washed, pricked potatoes( with a knife) in tinfoil and place in a slow cooker. Google heat and times for how many you want to do, then place your patties in the oven to come out at same time…just add some veggies and fresh fruit and dinner is done. Another quick and easy meal is fish( I use flounder, because it bakes up quickly) en papillote. You can create the packages out of foil, parchment paper. Place the fish on which ever one you choose to make individual servings. Season the fish, add fresh vegetables and seasoning on them and seal like you would a calzone and tuck end under the package when you come to the end. Everyone can create their own to customize to their liking. Fresh yellow squash, chives/ green onions, grape tomatoes etc. anything goes as long as your family will eat it. My family’s favorite is Mediterranean flavors. A teaspoon of fry white wine drizzled over the fish with a tsp of olive oil really helps boost up the flavor for adult servings. Add some baby fingering potatoes in the air fryer along with some carrots and Brussel sprouts and onion wedges and dinner is ready. No need for a sauce, because fish makes its own in pouch. Just some easy suggestions for a busy mom that wants a little extra time to herself. 😊

Last week for tor the first time I made the sticky sauce and put it over turkey meatballs served it with cauliflower rice and fresh green beans it was so yummy. I foresee using that sauce on several things

Hi Lauren. I have to try that Big Mac salad!!!☺️ can you tell me how much points the hamburger meat was? Was it lean or extra lean? I use the free Healthi app and it doesn’t say if the points are cooked or u cooked ground meat so I’ve been guessing 😬
