wth I was literally googling protein French toast a couple hours ago but couldn't make my mind up about which recipe so I just made normal french toast. I asked and patty answered. saving this for sure lol
You know what you can do? you can eat regular french toast and down it with a protein shake.... Lol problem solved. Thats what i do when i crave terrible meals
@@zlothika yeah although fun and cheffy at the end of the run youre just gonna go with whats more practical but do have fun. Pancakes suck they end up all hard, if you dont take some extra steps. So regular pancakes and chocolate whey protein for a drink is good enough for me
@@zlothikait's honestly high-protein if you simply use egg-whites and maybe a dash of fairlife milk with sweetener and cinnamon, then soak the bread in that. Cottage cheese/greek yogurt and fruit on the side. Boom, high protein and the fruit gives you some fiber.

Tbh if you want to make sure you get all of the protein, you can make several slices of bread. Based on how much it looks like, you'd probably get about 3-4 slices. Which is how much I'd personally want.

@@MrMazvaz so sorry 😞 I was not knowing that but I never had egg in my entire life and I will not eat them. I consider them as a non vegetarian food. I don’t know how I am vegan I consume dairy products
@@Shiven_Bhatt They are vegetarian whether you like it or not. But, its completely fine to say that you don't like eggs so you don't eat things with eggs in them. No need to say sorry.
Great recipe, i would recommend an alternative for people who are bulking, which is: Get 6 eggs, bang them around with a fork in a bowl, get bread slices and dip them in the eggs until there is no more egg, put on a pan until it becomes golden/brown and eat them while drinking goat fermented milk. This is a light albanian breakfast, enjoy
The video is too busy... The part where we're supposed to see the food, read ingredients mentioned on random parts of the screen as well as read the subtitles, all together, is fine... The tough part is, this is to be done apart from noticing her funny expressions. 😂
