Hey, that's what's up! No smoker, no problem, right? Big city living means getting creative in that kitchen. Keep cooking up a storm and showing that condo who's boss. Flavor ain't about the gear, it's all in the technique. Keep it tasty!
Thank you sir! Doing this now, and they already smell delicious! It was very good with a soy sauce base, Tso sauce baste, chopped onions, and over stir fry!
…for real- thanks unc!!! this was such a blessing- and i actually needed it for game night- dude, you saved me- thank youuuuu ❤- excellent instructions!!
Great time-saving cooking method. In most videos I’ve seen people tend to cook it for over 4 hours, but this seems like a great method to try sometime.
Yo I’m in the kitchen about to add the sauce and put back in for a few minutes I hope they’re as good as everyone says they R. Thanks big dog for the last sec recipe
Don’t quit learning. It’s a great feeling of accomplishment making food for family and watching them wolf it down because it’s so good. That’s love at its most beautiful form. Keep going !
I needed 3 racks in a hurry! Worked like a charm! 1/2’d, wrap’d, spiced ń fired on the grill. Better than open slow roasting with basting. You might try SLO-Cookń with brown sug. ń apple sauce; bbq sauc ń fire. You won’t be disappointed, just make sure you get them tender before they go to long &fall to pieces.Thank, man👍🏻
@@tyfountain4894 Oh-ya! My bro and I were going thru a testing; since many serve applesauce w/ porkchops. So we did apple slices, then sauce, total work n breaks dpwn the fibers n leaves a nice touch of the sweetness. I like to slowcook less than 8 hrs but just till i can pull a bone out without it becoming mush
hi dude! i don't know english and i write with a machine translation program. the rib looks incredible but I didn't understand what ingredients you used. thank you
Sounds all good if you don't have a smoker. I Personally like My Spare ribs Smoked with Hickory wood. Just saying!!! But I'm not mad no hate here, You do you my man!!!
After cooking them for 90 min in the oven and applying the sauce, can I put them on the grill for the remaining time to give them that smoky flavor or won’t it work?
Great question. If you've already smoked your ribs on the grill for an hour at 400 degrees, they should have a nice smoky flavor and a bit of a crust by now. Transferring them to the oven at 300 degrees is a good way to make sure they're tender and juicy. I'd recommend wrapping them in foil and baking for about 1.5 to 2 hours. This should give you that tender, fall-off-the-bone texture we all love. Just be sure to check for tenderness around the 1.5-hour mark. Enjoy your BBQ! That's Good Shawty!
I clean the ribs than add seasoning Than put it in the oven for 2 hours than for 330degres than put in on the grill to finish them off it comes out slamming add BBQ
They turned out amazing! Cooked them for an additional 30 min on 300 while monitoring the internal temp trying to get it around 202. Wow we're me and my girl blown away by these. We are gonna make them every week or two. You the man Unc. Keep on cooking! And Thank you.
Too damn lazy to babysit my indirect heat grill. This is the way go go. The only thing I'd recommend folks add is broiling the riba for like 5 minutes at the end.
Just made em. My wife said.. “these are better than the ones you make on the Smoker…. SORRY!”.. My feelings got hurt. 😂 But… they are really good.. simple .. easy.. QUICK ! ❤🔥👍
