QVC Host Collapses 

Unbelievable that they just kept going. It was so clear that she was having a medical emergency. Crude...

She’s still alive. She had low blood sugar and passed out. She had many interviews after this and explains there is nothing wrong with her. No worries folks she still alive to this day.

I love how attentive he became and concerned for her.

I thought it looked like a heart attack the way she patted her chest but you guys may be right about a stroke. I just hope she's okay now.

I'm glad to know she's okay. She has a website and she's still in this line of work as a television host showcasing products.

Even after fainting, she couldn't speak or process what she wanted to say.

I cannot believe they kept going after the first spell. Even just from a viewer’s perspective, how can they ignore that?

Stop getting mad at people assuming she had a stroke. She had all the symptoms that’s the first thing you’d think and she’s not to young. I had several severe strokes when I was 18 myself I don’t remember my symptoms bc I was having seizures and you’re unconscious during it but from what family describes it was like this but worse so I don’t blame people wondering or saying “oh no hope she’s okay and didn’t have a stroke” like why so many have to reply with “NO YOU DUMB ASS YOURE NOT A DOCTOR SHE IS FINE” like geez guys anyone would immediately think it was something neurological

This seems like this is a issue if it happened more than once.

Seemed to me she had a stroke. Slurred speech, erratic word patterns and she got week on one side. Praying for her.

That was scary to watch her struggle. It looked like she was motioning that she was having some kind of heart problem or stroke. An ambulance should have been called immediately and she shouldn't have continued. no matter what. Negligent to let her continue. The next clip she was obviously struggling. QVC seems to care more about the products been sold and profits than anything else.

The way she kept looking at her co host looks like she was trying to get help, they should've shut that down immediately.

It would have been much better to just say "there has been an accident and this is live tv" instead of just going right on like nothing happened.

The co-host was fantastic.

I read an article where the woman stated she was ok, and that she had a fainting spell due to low blood sugar. I’m glad she’s ok and it wasn’t more serious.

She was looking at the co-host in a way that was pretty much indicating something wasn't right. The show musn't go on in this case. If it had been a stroke, every second counts.

She was on the Today Show & said she went to the doctor and it was from not taking care of herself. She said her partner did exactly what he was supposed to do - go on with the show. She said there were medics with her.

Not a lot you can do on live TV. It would cost the station a lot to just kill the cameras straight away. The best they could do in that very short space was to show something else on screen (in this case the item for sale) and then tend to the lady without the cameras on her causing distress to her or the viewers. I’m sure she was seen it by healthcare professionals shortly after and then the show was cut short or went to a break

it wasn't a stroke, this can happen when you get a migraine (most likely due to the stress of being on air). It affects the area of the brain that controls speech. I've had this before myself - very horrible and extremely scary...

Geez, guys....you're blaming QVC and the host before finding out what really happened. She wasn't feeling well beforehand, and QVC suggested doing the segment without her, but she insisted on doing it. They already had medics there looking at her before the segment started, and they were still there during the segment. You see the host putting his hand in position to possibly catch her should something happen, and you can even see a shadow of someone to the side. NOT a stroke....c'mon! It's called mom-syndrome, aka dehydration and exhaustion.
