That last story.... Oh my god.... It was so hard to hear, I hope 'Hank' suffers for the rest of his miserable existence. Props to OP for finally telling someone and I wish she gets a better life!

My cousin was abused by my uncle. He was recently arrested and I heard he got beaten up in jail by the other cell members. For once I am rooting for criminals.

I have 3 things to say : 1. That last story was so horrible that I cried 2. You really handled the story and the topic very well 3. I love how desperately you want to buy people's footage of entitled people going crazy

Thank you for including the third one. Went though a lot of 💩 in my life and 24 years later it is still not all over. Just today I harmed myself worse than I usually do and ended up in psychiatric clinic again (been hospitalised already 5 times, keep visiting psychiatrists and on meds for last 13 years of my life). This has given me so much strength to keep fighting for myself and better state of my mental health rn.

I wish there was more awareness of grooming and how it's not always recognized as abuse even after it progresses. It escalates so slowly that the child is in over their head long before they realize. The mental scars are incredibly deep. It's very hard to pull out of the mentality that you are to blame because in your head, you let it happen. Even long into adulthood, those scars remain. Please keep spreading awareness about how damaging grooming is. The sexual abuse is horrific and things always center around that. But the grooming is what normalizes abnormal things for the child. and even if the groomer doesn't follow through, they've damaged this child's sense of what is OK. and it's opened them up to being a possible victim by other predators. Thank you for including that last one. It was hard to hear, but so necessary. xo

God.. The last story is breaking my heart.. I've been abused for most of my life. I understand OP's pain, and I'm so glad that they got their revenge. It makes me hopeful that.. Some day I'll get my own revenge.

I am happy that in the last story OP was strong enough to go through that and go on with her life. I especially love this channel for not using a story like that as click-bait and not even mentioning it at the beginning for more views. Thank you for including the final story as it shows all the obstacles abuse victims face when reporting their abusers. I am just so glad that the people around her believed that there was a problem because that is sadly not always the case, especially as the victim gets older. I have never been abused but I have friends and acquaintances that have, and hearing how their thinking was twisted by abuse breaks my heart. It is never okay for someone to touch you if you don't want to be touched, and for anyone who is dealing with abuse please reach out and know that there are people like me who believe you no matter what.

As a survivor of abuse, it makes my heart warm to see one of my favorite RU-vidrs spreading awareness. I got goosebumps when you were talking about how the girl didn’t know it was abuse. If anyone can relate to the story, please get help, you are not alone. Even if your thoughts say you are.

Thank you for supporting victims of these horrible crimes, it's a relief to know that people are willing to support victims instead of blame them I have so many friends that have been through some pretty bad stuff and most of the time they come to me for support because they're afraid to tell people and I'm the only person they know who knows how to handle someone having a panic attack, you wouldn't believe how often children get abused in school and even at home by relatives, along with how many people make fun of being abused. Last story nearly had me in tears. Abuse is horrible, and the things they suffered through are things I would never wish upon my worst enemy. No one deserves to suffer through those things, especially not a child. I'm so glad they were finally able to speak up about it and get him in jail, I hope OP recovers fully and lives a better life. I'm also really grateful you're spreading awareness for these things and encouraging your viewers to speak up about anything that may be causing them harm. Unfortunately, not every story has a happy ending. Without any evidence my abuser was able to walk free. It was my word against his, and as he denied it there was nothing they could do. The most we could even do is cut contact and get a restraining order and even then we still sometimes see him driving around near our place. Despite the scary possibility that nothing will happen and they won't get jail time, please have the courage to tell someone. Someone will believe you and they will do what they can to help. Be strong, have a voice, and spread awareness and educate on these things.

Damn that last poster is strong. Id have HAPPILY taken the contempt of court for giving him the one finger salute on his way out. And for anyone wondering, yes those things really do happen to these people in prison. That monster spent his first night in the prison, and probably the next month in the hospital.

OP of the last story, I am so proud of you. I was raped when I was 14 and unfortunately my mum never believed me and I never got the help I so desperately needed. I turned to drugs instead and for a long time I was very angry but then I met my bf and he helped me to get clean and heal. Anyone going through similar, speak out. Get help, no, DEMAND help. Make them listen. You are strong and you can do it!!

This is why it's best to educate your children about knowing the signs of abuse and to not be afraid to tell them. My mom and grandma drilled it into my head at 5 years old to let them know if a member of our family or a family friend either touched me or made me feel uncomfortable. When I told my mom that an ex boyfriend was hitting me and touching me when I refused to sleep with him, she went ballistic and damn near killed the guy before saving me.

Thank you a million times THANK YOU! To this day, I'm 40. I still have episodes where I'm a 5 year old girl being abused by my Mom's boyfriends uncle. I was 12 when I told. I was ambushed by my parents and the state police investigator. In those days they didn't sugar coat anything. Telling and the subsequent aftermath was just as traumatizing. The amount of children that are still silent to this day is astronomical. I am in a group of about 25 people, only 15 of us actually told someone about the abuse and only 5 of us saw any sort of justice. So again, THANK YOU. I am sure it must have taken a lot to record this and process your feelings as well. Keep up the great work.
