A Canadian with an expired green card accusing Puerto Rican citizens of being illegal. Isn’t that like a habitual cheater accusing their partner of stepping out on them with the slightest amount of vague evidence?

Second story: The funny thing about Jan, who was living here illegally, being suspicious of Raoul and Rosa being here illegally, is it mirrors other situations. People tend to expect from others the same behavior patterns they exhibit themselves. For example, a person who is cheating on their SO, or is prone to cheating, is more likely to be suspicious of their SO. Someone who steals from others is typically more protective of their own stuff, expecting someone else will try to steal it. And someone who is honest and open with people usually expects people to be equally honest with them.

Revenge is a dish best served cold. We had an officer that tried to make our lives hell. He had a motorcycle that he rode everywhere, so we started dropping old motor oil under the engine. As no one would help him, he decided to tear down the engine himself and find out what the issue was. Well every couple of days a part from the torn down engine “seemed” to disappear. He became suspicious when parts of the frame started to disappear (we had only relocated small parts from the engine previously). The Officer Commanding the Squadron refused to launch an investigation (he knew dang well what we were doing).

When you remove someone from your will who would normally be expected to receive an inheritance, always mention them in your will and give a good reason why you are not providing them with an inheritance. Doing that makes it far more difficult for the relative to successfully challenge the will in court.

tip for the last strategy make the will state: I leave 1 dollar to____ so that they cant make claims that they were left otu of the will

Im so suprised those Puerto Rican people, one from the island corillo, did not EXPLODED their sh*t on her. We have short temper when people disrespect us for far too long. I think the reason they hold it is because 1) Is on the State and we sometimes we dont have anybody or family to support us or help us economicly if lose our job to go back to our mother island. 2) The island economy and job suck to the point of overwork employees with minimune wage of $7.25 even with a full time of 40 or more hours. 3) If we are working our butts off is because we REALLY desire something better for our future that is why we hold our tongue and words so we dont get fired very quickly.

I have my own r/prorevenge story, but it's more warm hearted than anything... This is a simple, but hilarious, story about how my mum started a water fight and food fight with me and my younger sister. As a brief bit of background, I'm 20 and in university, and my sister is 16 moving between my mum and dad's house. My parents divorced when I was about 6, so they split their visitation times and it's stayed the same since the divorce agreement. We liked the schedule, so we just went with it. I was visiting for a week over Christmas (I had a lot of reading to do, hence the short period of time) and it was Christmas day that was planned for us to be with our mum, since we had spent Christmas Eve at our dad's house. We had a really relaxing day, with a lot of prosecco and gin, as well as little snacks, a hilarious present opening session, before we sat back to watch Top Gear specials (they're the best, highly recommend if you haven't seen any). We all chipped in to help make the Christmas dinner, which wasn't short of all the required trimmings. Vegetables, pigs in blankets, stuffing, roast potatoes, duck, Yorkshire puddings... And the best bit of all, the red wine gravy... I could honestly live off gravy, it's so good. Dinner was gone faster than thought imaginable, we had a few drunken games of charades that were pulled from our Christmas crackers, before bringing our dessert when we felt our stomachs had deflated enough... Queue the beginning of drunken mother antics. We had éclairs for dessert, and we had just finished our plates of the chocolatey goodness when mum said she was going to the bathroom. Me and my sister thought nothing of it. Now, it's imperative to note that my mum had purchased a water gun to spray at the neighbours cat that was attacking ours. It was so bad that she refused to go outside, some days. This water gun was placed by the back door, just in case. Apparently, despite her obsession with it, my mum forgot that it was there... Me and my sister were mucking around in the dining area, when all of a sudden I felt a cool spray of water against my neck. Turns out, my mum had gone upstairs to fill up the small toy gun she got in the Christmas cracker, so that she could launch a surprise attack on me and my sister. BIG mistake. As mum was focusing on spraying my sister, I realised that the water gun was still by the door, but I didn't want to make a move in case I got in trouble. However, I didn't need to since my sister and my mum both had the thought at the same time, and my sister lunged for the water gun. Long story short, we chased our mum outside and stood at both back doors (one in the open kitchen and one in the dining area) blocking her from getting back in as I attacked her with the very water gun she bought... It was hilarious... My aim is pretty good, so she looked like she'd been in a shower... About two minutes after, and we thought everything was calm, my mum grabbed one of the left over éclairs and mashed the pastry into my sister's hair... Mistake number two... She should have got me first... I am easily double her size (I'm a 5ft10 woman with my dad's athletic build - just in case no one has read my other posts) so when she went for me, I grabbed her arms (don't worry, it wasn't in an aggressive way) to make sure her hand never got close to me... Trust me, she tried, and failed miserably. When she knew that she wouldn't win, she went for my sister again and that's when I got my revenge. I grabbed two of my own éclairs, turned around and full on smashed one into her hair and the other all over her face... In the space of two seconds, there was chocolate everywhere... But none on me... I had won. Moral of the story, and life lesson to all, be wary of drunk mum's and always make the most of the element of surprise.

The Jan in the second story sounds like my old manager Dee. She once held up my under chef against the main oven because he used her real name. Don't get me wrong, she was an amazing manager and worked as hard as she'd expect you to work. And on good days she was fun to be around. But in those bad days.... If you left anything uncleaned to her level... She'd throw boxes at you.

Random factoid: if you leave someone, like a close relative, completely out of a will, they, in some circumstances, can sue over the idea that they should actually be in the will and that the deceased ‘forgot’ to put them in the will or intentionally left them out. If I’m right in my memory of this, it is something you can sue over.

That second one. I worked for a woman like that. We, the staff, used to take daily turns annoying her as we arrived at work. That is, a few days of the week one of us was designated to be the "bad boy" for the day. She would shun that person for the entire day, while the rest of the staff could do no wrong. They could set the office on fire and get a pass. This strategy permitted those in the staff that needed to, to leave early, have a longer lunch, get a vacation approved, get a raise, disclose a mistake made prior, etc. The next day, the "bad boy" was automatically out of the proverbial dog house. Rinse and repeat with another of the staff. People are insane.

My step dad was even worse than the guy in the 1st story. He turned my mom into a shadow of herself, and gave me depression anxiety and self loathing. He was a toxic person and my mom finally divorced him 2 years ago

I’m actually very disappointed on the manager. He has the power to talk to Jan and the owners and instead of intervening and helping the other employees he just watched until his next job was ready. This is why people don’t trust managers because the managers who aren’t tripped on power don’t do anything to help.

Hey so btw, about that story about Jan, a company, your boss, hospitals, etc are legally required to provide a translator when you are asked for it, and especially when it's when some legal or healthcare related. So if you don't speak English (or other languages) well, you can ask for one and they are legally required to provide one
