Everyone is sleeping on O'Connell, and I hope he makes them pay. Again, nobody is giving this team any respect and I hope the players are feeling that and using it as their own personal bulletin board material. Brady didn't have much offensive talent on that first SB winning team, but they had a really good defense.

It actually a perfect storm for our guys. Mad maxx is a legit star; one of the best in the league…. AP is gonna preach togetherness and an us against them attitude as he molds this team in his image. The national media will fan the flames of the fire that will burn in the heart of the nation, as the torch of Al Davis blazes eternal… so too does the commitment to excellence and a desire to win our own way!

Jamarcus Russell broke records in college lol and how did that turn out just saying college means nothing. He produced absolutely nothing last year and don't see much change going to this year we had so many games he did absolutely nothing offensively. Why is everyone so hype for him. Players always hype each other up they were saying the same stuff last seasons with Jimmy Maxx especially called Jimmy a dog and was excites and what happened why should his word change anything when he has been wrong about players more then right.

Im so amped he is coming into his own mentally. It is his most important stat to focus on. I want him coming back in year 3 as an absolute unit to make a total package that will be here for a decade or more.

Why year 3? He will kick ass this year! The Raiders are going to whip ass on teams that don't take them seriously, Teams that do take them seriously will make the games interesting. I'm so not love my raiders I'm in love with my raiders. Crosby is my man. But everyone right now is my man. Adams and what kills me is Adams started out just like these rookies. They just need time and some experience beyond them. I'm so so proud of my team. My dad would have been so proud. Since I was 8 my dad thought me all about football told me are team is raiders no matter where. Even if we suck, it didn't matter. But this year I feel even if we go no were we have the most special heart of a team. I truly love my team no matter what!!!!!

Perfect! This is the attitude to maintain throughout the season! No negativity is even allowed! It's all about the Team! AP has it all figured out! Watch what a genius coach can do in a small amount of time! It already happened! It was a change, in every aspect of the game. It is being felt by anyone who can feel! It is real! And awesome! Because qbs average maybe 12 completed passes a game so lets do some math here 4 to meyers ,4 Mayer 4 to tucker , 4 for bowers, and probably 3 to white, and 4 for Devante. So thats 23 completed passes do u think everyone is gonna eat nah we are gonna end paying dudes just to run up and down the field i think Either on of our Tes are probably aren't gonna do shit but block probably both to many weapons not enough time to keep them happy

Hopefully Aidan is the guy we saw against the Chargers and not the guy we saw against Minnesota and the Chiefs. Looked good towards the end of the season minus the Chiefs game so I'll stay optimistic he can be consistent.

Didn't need to! Zeus ran it down the Chiefs throats and the D ripped their throat out. The Minnesota game will go down in history as one of the best defensive battles ever! Stop and look, Neither offense could move the ball, not because they sucked, but because the defenses of both teams were unbelievable. Think outside of the box people! If the offense sucked then I guess the next week was a fluke? I warned whoever played the Raiders after that game was going to pay and pay they did!

Once training camp begins and the pads are on, I assure you AOC will rise to the occasion and lead the Raiders to the playoffs. His only challenge is understanding Luke Getsy's system, which is going to require time and effort.

I hope the Dak Prescott trade rumors never happens. I am not very impressed with AOC like so many. Personally I think he is average at best that said. I would still rather give him one more year than get Dak for a huge sum of money and get what a just above average QB that is being polite? He is not one bit better than DC that is for sure. I hope AOC proves me wrong but from what I hear out of camp he sucks and so is Gardner. I feel to be fair our biggest mistake was getting Luke Getsy from the Bears. I still scratch my head on that one he could be the problem not Aidan O'Connell or Gardner Minshew to be fair. What ever the reason our Defense will have to carry us again.

I hope Aidan really proves me wrong. I just don’t think he’s THE guy. Imo for him to be our franchise QB he needs to showcase that we win “because of” and not “win with”. Because our defense may be stacked, but I would not be confident if our team wins solely because of our defense. Edit: I wanna see WAY MORE out of AOC.
