I have read a LOT of comments over a long time and it's plainly obvious Sara that you have become a Universal Guardian Angel protecting us all from Stress and Anxiety in your Unique Manner. Soo many people love you, they LOVE you for what you have done and what you are doing and for that fact you should feel jolly proud of yourself for ALL the goodness you have Gifted to make our lives more peaceful and stress free. I know the feeling! I try stop drinking coffe, drinking it makes my ADHD or PTSD like symptoms get worse. Love her Hypnosis videos to help heal my mind.
