- extra firm tofu
- onion + garlic
- bell pepper
- 3-4 potatoes (red, yellow, sweet, they all work!)
- spices: salt and pepper, turmeric, paprika, cumin
- bragg's liquid aminos
- red/purple cabbage
- spinach or other leafy green
- salsa/hot sauce
- olive oil
