I'm 74 and I love you! Found you on a Ted Talk (you know the one!) You inspire me. My cereal is oatmeal, cinnamon, ground flax and honey. I'm absorbing all your lifestyle tips.
Lots of sweet potatoes and smoothie bowls in my opinion. One of my favorite go-to's in this situation is baked sweet potato topped with tahini or other nut butter. Also huge smoothie bowls that you can just pack in the calories, such as the one I demo here: bit.ly/skratchbowl
Kinda spendy, but I seek to avoid peanuts and soy . There are much better choices, ie almonds etc. Just google dangers of soy... My special blend cereal contains, organic oats or short grain brown rice, coconut oil, 1 or 2 soft boiled eggs, depending on proximity to and length of exercise to follow, walnuts, org. raisins, banana, organic full fat milk, nutritional yeast, cocoa powder, sea salt, fresh peeled ginger, cinnamon, dash of tumeric powder...good to go.
