Brilliant set up, thanks but do you really need the vest? I personally hate carrying anything on my body other than a super lightweight helmet and glasses.
I am 5'11"/180cm. Decided on MD as I feel large frames are just a bit too big and like my MTB to be a little more nimble and with a longer stem/reach for similar geometry to a gravel bike. Unconventional I know, but I'm very comfy on it :)
@@intheflownutrition I'm the same height and recently changed my mind from getting medium to large ;-) Will be following Tour Divide, good luck out there and be safe. :-)
Thank you for continuing to share. Longtime following…the podcasts, instagram, RU-vid’s. Please continue to share…you truly are an inspiration✌️ Stay safe and well. ROCK ON!
Definitely had a GI issue during my race 😂. However I guess upon further review others said I used it for wrong purpose and that could have been why I threw up and last half mile with the worst time. Maybe it was the high fiber meal I had before I don’t know I didn’t respond well with it so I think I’ll just stick with gels, drink mix and solids which is what I was using before…
Hey Miguel! I typically do a mix of GoPro (on the bike footage, although ran out of mental energy to film on this one ha), and then use my Sony mirrorless camera for some of the other stuff. Hope you're doing well and training for some sweet objectives this summer!
@@intheflownutrition Hey Jackson! Thanks! Thinking of starting my own mini vlog/docu series on the training for the Swiss Alps 50 this summer! (and some other adventures down the line)! Hope your summer plans are coming along well, heard you're coming over to this side of the Atlantic 👀
Fellow vegan cyclist here. I love overnight oats. I'll definitely be trying your recipe as it looks absolutely delish and much better than my ones. Thank you :-)
How did you manage your hemorrhoids on the trail and what advice would you give someone who’s never ridden a bike before but wants to possibly set a new FKT on the unsupported descent of Mt Everest on a gravel bike?
Hemorrhoids were alleviated by some questionable vault toilet work that first night. Water filter + multitool + chain lube = problem solved. As far as Everest FKT my biggest piece of advice would be to eliminate the brakes from your bike and and use a fixed gear.
Not really, I felt like everything had its place! Might have been able to get away with not bringing the lightweight puffy I brought, but I still used it while sleeping and in the morning.
@In The Flow Nutrition worth thinking about swapping out the regular bicycle for an emergency bivy. Not wveryone can sleep like that, but I've found if I can't sleep in that then I have it in me to keep moving
