Red Wine Spaghetti with Pancetta / Spaghetti All'Ubriaco 

Boiling the pasta in red wine that’s amazing. Pancetta is so yummy especially the fat from the pancetta and the red wine pasta what a genius you are. Maybe even call this drunken pasta since all the wine 🍷 got Infused inside of the pasta. Jeff, you did it again! Being Italian, I never thought of cooking pasta like this. Definitely trying this recipe. And you can never go wrong with pancetta! YUM! 🥓🍷👍

Hey Jeff, I try not to ever miss out because this is one of the best parts of Tuesday. Huge like from me. Excellent presentation as always. Fresh veggies is always an enhancement. Never seen pasta boiled in wine though. I usually break the pasta, but for some reason I always felt like that was the wrong thing to do. Thanks for the advice and the great dish.

That wine flavor must be gorgeous, Redwine Spaghetti with Pancetta sounds amazing Jeff, with those beautiful ingredients like the smoked pancetta and the flavorful oil from it, the parmesan cheese , that came out so flavorful, a must try recipe and yes loved to sprinkle a little bit of extra virgin olive oil and butter to give an extra boost! Hi, Jeff! Wow, that red wine spaghetti with pancetta looks amazing! Thanks for explaining the difference between pancetta and bacon. Now I know that pancetta is smoked and that since it is salt cured, I can eat it "raw." Yes, I agree that if you are just using a few ingredients, fresh is best. Can't ever forget to salt the pasta water! Wow, that turned out great. The bit of Parmesan at the end (which I know you like) was the perfect finishing touch. Thanks for sharing!
