That salad was definitely enough just on its own! Wow, you have so many great flavors and there with all of those fresh herbs! I could definitely have that for lunch anytime. Then adding that shrimp just really took it up a notch. Absolutely fantastic!

I am such a fan of fresh herbs! And I happen to love orzo. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this dish! I make a version of this but I am going to try it your way next time. shrimp is such a nice touch. These flavors scream for feta. Wish I was closer, I'd be right over! 🍸💖

Hi, Jeff! Wow, that herbed shrimp orzo salad looks great! I know that the honey and lemon dressing would be good since honey and lemon is a classic combo, especially in tea. Orzo is so small! I bet a lot of people would eat it thinking it was rice. Yes, sometimes you have to let the flavors come together. The salad was so colorful with the tomatoes and onions. I could see some roasted chickpeas in that salad, too. Wow, everything came together so well. Another winner, Jeff!

I've enjoyed orzo pasta at Greek restaurants in the past. I've never made it at home but this shrimp salad you've made looks so amazing I think I'd love to eat this at home. Feta cheese is also a favourite of mine along with all those amazing herbs and cherry tomatoes! Once the shrimp was mixed in the sauce it really made me feel extra hungry! Also love the colour of the rose wine as well! I think I'd really enjoy that wine after your detailed breakdown! :) Another excellent recipe Jeff! Thanks for the lesson! :)

All the ingredients are fine with Chris. Especially the herbs and even the cheese though he has dairy allergy but as far as I know he’s fine with this type of cheese coz I think we used this already..frying the shrimp would b better for me coz I love garlic ( and I too Jeff ), I think it’s more savory. This is on my list Jeff, thanks! I may not be able to cook soon but I got your file hahahah.

By the way, I have so many tomatoes from my garden Jeff. We harvest everyday and making some purée now for months later. So, can I use them instead of those cherry tomatoes? I didn’t plant cherry tomatoes
