Our stomach holds a lot of emotions and if you are keeping your stomach tight all the time, you keep those emotions trapped on the inside.
I spend most of my life trying my best to keep my stomach flexed all the time so i look more slim and fit.
One of the things that I learned about releasing trapped emotions from my body is letting go of tension, and one of the major area that holds emotion is our most stomach.
IF YOU EAT WHEN YOU GET EMOTION, this is especially true for you.
If you’re like me, then it’s gonna be really tough to do this in the beginning. You may find that you have no control over your stomach muscles and that it will take all of your effort to keep your stomach relaxed, and the moment that you stop paying attention to it, your stomach tightens up again by itself.
I just want you to know that this is perfectly normal , and that with practice you’ll get better at it. The more you learn how to do this the more you’ll notice how much calmer and how much easier you can let go of stress and not react so quickly to things that bother you.
