Hi guys! This is a home workout with resistance bands you can follow along. Resistance bands are a great equipment because it’s efficient and polyvalent.
Make sure to get three different types of resistance bands (light, medium and heavy) so you can work at your own level.
In the first part of the video I explain the exercises then there is the follow along workout.
Each exercise is 20 seconds on 10 seconds off and 30 seconds off between each round.
