Review of the Cen-Tech 4 in 1 Portable Jump Pack 

Thanks for your review. Out of the 4 -5 reviews I watched, yours was the only one that was a true test over time on actual car batteries. The others, jump and compressor, were on smaller items - not regular vehicles which is what I want one for. Thanks, again for your input.

I had to return two because the compressors went out. That is the primary reason I bought this item. With that said this one is working really good. I have jumped a Toyota van and charged 12 volt items. I have aired up many of tires , light truck, cars and bikes. I never really had a problem with it holding a charge. I could have just gotten the one good one on the third time.

I agree, I have one that's red in color that I purchased 2 years ago, will not jump anything that's larger than a lawnmower air compressor is decent since it's portable. ✌🏻

Dont forget when you go to jump start a car you have to turn the dial from OFF to ON also just hooking the cables up with the switch in the off position you will not get any boost at all this is an easy mistake to make and i have done that many times myself. If you had the switch in the on position and it still won't charge the dead car battery you definitely got a defective one

The one I have does not charge anymore after one use.

I just bought one today for $70 at the Huge Parking Lot Sale the trick is to let it sit connected for a while before you attempt to start the vehicle since it doesn't have the balls to jump off anything that needs a lot of current it is just a 17AH sealed lead acid battery inside.I had the old yellow one that had an inverter on the back and and air compressor as well and it served me well for a longtime in fact that battery is still good to this day the only thing is the inverter popped on me and the air compressor burned out because I had a leaky tire that I neglected to get fixed and just kept airing it up for too long plus I did a lot of neighbor tires and boosting them off as well. The old yellow square shaped one I had wasn't branded Centech I don't think I still have the case to it laying around here somewhere. Also a lot of times when a car wont start the battery terminals are at fault so clean those then connect this up and let it sit 5-10 minutes then she will most likely crank, The old one I paid $88 dollars for and they both have the same battery inside as far as specs go so the prices are actually cheaper now granted this jump box doesn't include the inverter I don't need that anyway because I can always add one on if I wanted to and I have two deep cycle marine batteries that would be better suited to powering an inverter longer for brief power outages and emergencies.This one is definitely not for diesel trucks or roadside service but it will save your bacon in most any car or light truck if you keep it charged up.

I can't find my black plug is there another way to charge it
